Lithzen 12000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner & Heater, 208/230V 18.2 SEER2 Wifi Enabled

nice little unit I purchased the 18000btu set up (actually 2 of them) and installed one in the living room, it keeps 1700sqft house cool at a chrisp 69°F and it's currently 95°F outside as I'm writing this review. I purchased two units due to not really expecting just one to do much but both the wife and I were actually shocked at how well the one did so I have a spare one and I'm probably going to be installing it in my shop just cause it performs that well! this is mostly due to location choice but I will say the indoor part of it is a little bulky but we do have a low ceiling and it's right in line of sight not many choices other than where it currently is. overall install was easy straightforward but that is coming from a mechanic and jack of all traids and at times you will need a second hand with it and it was almost a little to heavy for the wife to assist so keep that in mind. I would purchase another tomorrow if I had to.

the inside wall bracket is flimsy easy to bend. when mounting on wall use the highest and the lowest holes.. I used the the next lower holes on the bracket and tried to put the unit up the bracket bent at the screws at the top. so had to put more in at the top and it worked. I got the 12,000 btu and cools a 12'x17' room and flows into another room that's 15'x17' keeps both rooms really cool on a 97° day. it is way quieter than a window AC you can hardly hear it running. we did have a cool night wanted to try out the heat. turned it on to heat left it run for about 10 minutes used a heat gun it showed pushing out about 150° in that 10 minutes the room was getting hot. so it's a great unit. after installing you do have to vacuum the air and moisture out of the lines before use but it's easy if you know how and have a pump with gauges.

easy enough to install if you're handy. a little bit of HVAC and electrical know-how or YouTube videos required

The best ting is the easy to install.The price is is GREAT.

why did I get a Zlithzen instead of a Costway

received damaged, having issues returning or getting replacement. Giving me a run around about unable to returning needs to be under manufactured warranty as I am getting told. Then unable to contact manufacturer.
