Lithzen 12000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner & Heater, 208/230V 18.2 SEER2 Wifi Enabled

l am very happy with my mini split unit. It cools 2 rooms, and runs quietly. The remote was easy to set up and easy to use. it came with a wall mount holder, so I'm not always looking for it like I do other remotes.

A lot of freight issues!! Very rough with compressor!! Back screen has imprints of guard bouncing off, Case that encloses fan not square, coming out! I would like to send pictures!

I've installed dozens of these. This one Works perfectly and install was exceptionally quick and easy. Couldn't be happier with the product

Installed unit myself and so far so good. Keeping cool in this hot summer. Cools my master bedroom with no issues and extremely quiet.

This unit seems as advertised. The installation was just as described in the instructions and the YouTube video that was recommended. The only trouble I have encountered (so far) is the somewhat confusing manner that the instruction manual is written (lots of typographical errors and misuse of terms); AND the feature described as "AUTOMATIC" doesn't seem to function. The manual describes this feature as setting the target temperature and the system performs whatever function is required to maintain that target (heating or cooling). In actuality my system seems to simple run the blower fan and the outside unit never kicks on even as the system looses ground on the inside temperature. With that being said, This unit has been running for five (5) days and cools very well (when in the "cool" setting), and if this keeps up, it will have been well worth the price and effort of installation.

i waited for several days to get it. got it then had to wait 3 more days to get the second part. once i open it one of the items was dented up. coils had holes in it. the frame was bent. i contact the seller and they offered me 40.00 refund. now who in the right mine would get an item that is new and probably dont work for 40.00 refund when you paid almost 400.oo dollars. when i buy something i want it to be nice and in working condition. so i took it back to Walmart. i got tge receipt of where i took it back. i didnt get a refund from the seller are Walmart. now if i buy a item from Walmart and it doesn't work i can take it back and get a refund the same day. but no i had to call Walmart the seller and my bank. still don't have the refund. the next thing you know half of the item got shipped back to my house. the seller told me to put the shipping label that they sent me and take it to a fed x drop off. but im holding the item untill i get paid. like i told them i had to wait on my item when i paid for it. now they need to pay me before i send it back.

This split unit arrived had it installed for 400.00 dollars and it does not work the outside unit will not come on ! contacted seller i had a warranty that i had taken out . only response was for me to basically check for freon leaks , voltage etc they never offerred a replacement they wanted me to check for the above etc i sent videos , pictures and never got a clear response i said i wanted a refund ???? no response ! walmart made it good !!! so i give minus 5 stars !

Installed this unit by a professional and it did not come with Freon in it. Walmart WILL NOT replace it even if you by the protection plan. All they will do is give a refund and that will take a couple weeks. They will not even offer to replace. The Walmart reps will not try and help any other way. Buyer beware.

This unit is defective and i want to return it. seller asked if I could hold off return if they sent replacement parts. I'm still waiting in above 90° florida heat also no offer to pay for parts to be installed or discounting the faulty unit. wow what a great purchase.
