Robust product The instructions regarding the jumper cable to turn on the unit, could use a more in-depth explanation and or suggestions to how this could be utilized in different applications, could prove useful to many. Some alternators do not like a big load applied immediately upon being energized.
60AMP DC to DC charger. Confused by how the installation is described. Majority of charger brands requires a signal wire from alternator or ignition to turn ON or OFF THE CHARGER. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS says to use provided small jumper wire from Port (D+ to IN+) How does the charger knows when my engine is running?
