Easy setup. Works great.
So far it's working fine. A bit pricey.
Satisfied I am pleased with the 60 amp charge controller. I am glad I purchased the 60 amp as it will allow me to expand my system as finances allow.
Great product easy onstallation
60A MPPT with Bluetooth It is very well made 60A MPPT. It has a large heatsink to dissipate the heat without the need of the noisy fan. It is very easy to set up using the front panel buttons or using Bluetooth. I like that I can go into user mode so I can set the parameters to match my LiFePO4 batteries. it is very efficient in converting Solar power input to battery charging power, I get about 97%. I now have two of them and I'm very happy with them so far. I do hope that they will release the new version that will allow you to set the charging current as needed.
Ok More clear instructions on settings and interpretation of the panel would be nice. Also, tried to get extra connection lugs but factory was no help.
Good, Solid Controller PROS: Supports a variance of voltages from 12v-48v Fairly rugged and well built Easy to use App is intuitive and has historical logging Cons: Scalability is limited. Limited capacity when it comes to watts and voltage. If setup is 12v, you'll exceed 60amps into the batteries well before the 150V PV rating. The rating also says 900W@12v, but that's could be an oversight. That's 75AMPS! I haven't pushed it past 750W or 62.5amps with 6AWG wiring, but it seems to operate fine being slightly above the 60amp rating. If it does charge at 75amps, it's probably limited at that rate prior to tripping the breaker between the controller and batteries. Even with a 48v setup, the 150 PV rating is somewhat limited. You're probably only going to get up to a 4S2P array before one of the ratings hits the ceiling. In summary, it's a good unit overall. At the price point, you should consider the size of the conductors required on 12V and 24V setups, along with the solar wattage that is required. Even with higher DC voltage, you might find yourself realizing an all-in-one MPPT/Inverter with 400-500m PV might be a better, cheaper option in the end.
Not As Expected I have been having problems with the charge controller since I bought it. I am not able to get charge on my battery when my panels are connected in parallel. It works when connected in series but I get zero power, volts and amps. To get support from LiTime is the hardest thing. I am still waiting for someone to answer my request.
bad customer service and product not as advertised I ordered three 230ah lithium batteries and a 60a solar controller with Bluetooth. The controller needs an external Bluetooth module which is advertised incorrectly. Two of the batteries work great, one won't take a charge. Customer service is a nightmare. I get one email every 24 hours trying to solve this issue. I would have bought elsewhere had I known the service was so bad. I am still trying to fix this issue after 4 days of emails.
Disappointing.... Very Disappointing. I received this 60amp bluetooth Charge Controller, installed it and it worked perfectly... for a few hours. Then, the bluetooth shut off. That was about 10 days ago. I did everything I can think of to try to reset the device, and bluetooth just no longer works. I've even upgraded my phone since then and tried on 4 other devices, it's the charge controller. The manual has absolutely nothing about the bluetooth. The manual for bluetooth section: "QR code to download the app" [done] I reached out to customer service and waited almost a week. No response. I sent a follow-up email and a few days later they told me that if I send the charge controller back to them, once the receive it, they'll send me a replacement item. I'm in the middle of nowhere, off grid. It takes 7 days, minimum to ship them my item. Then it is week to get a new item. That's 2 weeks without any power. This company has no customer service, and given that I've sunk a few *thousand* dollars into their equipment, it is very disappointing to be brushed off after having their equipment fail on me. Very disappointed. Do not bother buying this piece of equipment. Will update if they reach out and send me a replacement without making me go without power for 2 weeks.
