I've been a Litter Genie user for 10 years at this point. I normally love your product. In the last year, however, the quality of your product has changed for the worse. Ever since the bag changed from transparent blue to opaque blue I've been getting rips in the bag. This has happened over 3 different refills. I think what has changed is the tear away seal on the packaging doesn't pull away as smoothly as it used to, and now it leaves jagged edges to rip the bag.
