Packaged well and very well organized. All parts were there and nothing was damaged. Excellent way to buy a workshop kit.

This is a great shed for the money. Came fast and the instructions were easy to follow. Assembly was quick and Ive been very happy with the Shed. At 200sqft i didnt need a permit in my town.

This is a great shed! I had a handyman put it together - no issues. However the floor joist pieces were missing, so I called Little Cottage Company and they approved me buying them at the store and reimbursed me. Excellent customer service (real humans picked up the phone). We are so happy with our new shed!

Can not beat this price. Everything is cut and ready for assembly. Hardware is included, however, my husband bought different hardware due to personal preference. All in all, very satisfied with this. We turned this into a kid's playhouse.

I have been a homeowner for about 40 years and have had sheds I have built from kits such as yours. It is very nice to have a predictable straight forward product to safely place multiple accumulated items over the years. Thank you for your assistance and being available.

At first when the pallet arrived, I’m like that doesn’t look like it will make this, boy was I surprised, my Handyman was able to construct in 2 days, we did add our own electrical, easily painted to match our garage. very solid construction, no worries losing this one in the wind. I love it.

We enjoyed putting this shed kit together. It's a great size and the instructions and pieces were easy to follow and identify. We had a small problem with getting the plywood roof pieces up but overall the kit came together great. Wish it came with window boxes!

I couldn't be happier with my 10x12 Value Workshop Shed. I was extremely impressed not only with the design, but also with the quality of the lumber. Every precut piece fit perfectly, and the boards were exceptionally straight. It would have taken me forever to hand-pick lumber of this quality from a big box store. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of detail included in the Value Workshop model. Even though I chose the more budget-friendly tier, it never felt like I was sacrificing quality or thoughtful features. The larger door, in particular, is excellent and makes moving equipment in and out much easier. I do have a couple of suggestions for Little Cottage Co. On the 12' model with two side windows, I don't think the shutters are the best aesthetic choice because they sit so close to the door. I replaced mine with a simple trim piece (as shown in my photos), and I think it gives the shed a much cleaner appearance. I would also love to see an option to upgrade the included floor kit from OSB to plywood. I found the floor kit to be an excellent value, and I would gladly pay a bit more for a plywood flooring option. Overall, I'm thrilled with this shed. The quality exceeded my expectations, the assembly went smoothly thanks to the accurate precuts, and the finished product looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality DIY shed kit. Note: I added an extra stud in each corner, and a couple extra to the sides, along with the modification to the window trim

We got the 10x12 value workshop and absolutely love it! Spacious and fairly easy to assemble with 2(for lifting) people. Love the windows! We added some vents for our Florida heat and a metal roof, now to choose paint colors. Don't doubt just get it, it's a perfect shed🤗.

The kit instructions are spot on even though with my experience they weren't really needed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a shed. Although based on this product I'd truly recommend anything this company has to offer!
