The lil' hamster was bright and inviting for my kids - it comes with its own little ball which you can put the little hamster back in and watch it zoom around the house. It has sound and light effects too. My kids loved it! Would make a fantastic gift too! Great value for money as it provides hours of fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strawbles is my daughter's new best buddy, whizzing around under the sofa, giggling and reappearing. It's pretty small but that means it is more exciting, entertaining but children and cats! It's triggered by either a push button or just by switching it on and I really appreciate the off button after a long time of hearing it whizz around the living room. Great as a gift at birthday parties, it would be appreciated by a good range of ages and personalities. Just a bit of fun :)

She has had the little live pets fish and butterfly, but this one she can't get enough of. It is the most interactive out of the pets she has had previously. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 6 yr old daughter as she keeps nagging for a hamster and I thought this may be a good compromise lol. This toy is only very small and fits in the palm of your hand. There's a tiny switch just under its chin to turn it on and off. Once placed on a flat surface this hamster will run ( very fast) both backwards and forwards. It has two very small black lumps on its back and if u strike these the hamster makes such cute little noises and laughs/giggles. The more you stroke it the more vocal and happy it becomes. It's created hours of fun for my daughter and u can. Even buy accessories such a a hamster ball for it to run around in like u would a real pet. Great value for money and endless fun. I highly recommend this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great detail, realistic size and easy to use, just switches on underneath, both my children love playing with this (boy 5 and daughter 7) moves in all directions, and makes sounds too! Ideal gift, would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toy for my 5 year old daughter, almost 6. She's seen the adverts for these and just thought they were so cute. She adores her little new pet and even wants to bring ti bed with her! I've had to say no, as she would leave it on and it would run around her bed, keeping her up all night! Great colours and cute little noises it makes, not too annoying for a parent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old enjoyed playing with it but I found she got bored very easily. Her 3 year old cousin loved it and played with it all afternoon. I think it's very cute for a younger kid gift but I found the older ones got bored quickly.
