My daughter is absolutely in love with her new house! Assembly was really easy and I'm not a mom that likes to put things together. I will say the plastic is very flimsy so if your children are gonna be rough with it (climbing etc) or it's gonna be outside with a lot of bad weather, it might not uphold but for the price I thought it was worth what I got. I think it will last us a long time.

My 3 year old twins love their playhouse. The boy invites people over and the girl cooks up a storm on the Little Tykes kitchen which fits inside. Assembly took my handyman a couple hours and the roof proved a bit tricky to secure. Once assembled, it's a great playhouse!

cute little house! The quality was different than the 180 dollar play houses but this one was only 80 bucks so way worth it. my daughter loves it. my husband added a sensor light inside so every time she goes inside it lights it up for her. she's happy!

my kid loves this playhouse he loves opening and closing the windows and putting his toys on the serving bar and coming in and out the house over and over, it is sturdy and big enough for me to play with him inside. it was easy to put together and didnt take to long, it was worth the money

Super easy to put together. Perfect for a toddler, our 19 month old loved going in and out of the door and peek thru the window shutters. Can be for indoor outdoor, we put it together inside then had to remove the roof to get it thru the front door for outside use. Overall satisfied, super cute .

We purchased this playhouse for our 4-year-old daughter, and it has quickly become her favorite place to play. It's big enough for two or three kids to play in together comfortably but doesn't take up too much space in the backyard. Not fun enough for my 6 year old. I figured he would love this but I guess it doesn't have enough features, like almost none (other than the door). Save your money up and buy a better one for your kid. Also, the other side (not seen well in the pictures) is completely open. That seems a little strange to me. Could have at least been a grill or stove or something.

I am just shocked at the quality. Cannot even believe this is what Little Tikes has become. Not sturdy, if you are not careful moving it, it will surely crack. The door doesn't stay shut. The front of the house has a half door, which is fine, but the back wall also has an opening just as large as the door, you don't even get the full wall anymore. I could see an opening for another window, but this is ridiculous. For this kind of quality, the price should be cut in half. Children's toys are definitely NOT made like they used to be.

The playhouse was a return item from a previous owner and it was delivered in a open box color crayon markings missing parts it was a birthday gift for my granddaughter which with the return and ordering from another company she had to wait for her gift
