It was fun to open up the packets and easy for my 4 year old. Size of toys is perfect safety wise. No assembly required. Just open and play :)

We haven't opened due to gifting, but I can tell by the packaging alone that it is as durable as all the LPS sets we have purchased and loved! The playsets are so versatile and open up for free play but also fold closed and keep your “pets” contained for on the go and or storage! Love how the folded option also doubles as a display case! My daughter is 9 and still enjoys these collectibles because of the cute expressions, fun colors, and adorable animals that come with each set! Love the bobblin' head pets, they're adorable and will last a lifetime! 🦜 🐈‍⬛ 🐕 🐁

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is so fun and cute. We loved that you get to open a surprise bag for each room of the hotel. The rooms are all different designs which makes it so fun to customize to your pets. The drop down lid holds a fun little park for great pretend play. It comes not only with my little pet shop figures but also accessories, a collectors pamphlet, collectors card and a coin with an online code to redeem. The box is easy to open and recluse. This has a convenient handle on top to make this a great case to store and haul around. We loved using this set in the car on the go. Just be careful to not get it wet as it is made of cardboard.

There certainly are some little piece accessories that come with the pets so it's certainly not for toddlers that still might put things in their mouth. But the pets are pretty big for what they are. The packaging provides more imagination play as well.

This set has so many fun features to keep her engaged, from the adorable green courtyard to the 9 unique hotel rooms where her pets can play. She has been having so much fun exploring all the different spaces and I love how it doubles as a display case for her collection. It is perfect for imaginative play and she can spend hours creating little stories with her pets. It is safe to play as it doesn't have too small pieces, its durable and overall unwrapping process was not difficult for kids. I would definitely recommend this set for kids aged 4 and up, it is a fantastic gift for both LPS fans and new collectors!

The little animals are incredibly cute, and their heads can move, which adds to their charm and makes them even more fun to play with. My daughter had a blast creating little stories for them in their “hotel.” The surprise factor when opening the little animals (which come in white mystery bags) made even me, as an adult, super excited—it feels like a mini-unboxing experience! However, I do have a few concerns. There are some very small pieces, such as a tiny drink and a slice of pizza, which could easily pose a choking hazard for younger children. Thankfully, this set is recommended for older kids, but it's something to be aware of if there are younger siblings around. The overall quality of the animals is pretty good, but the packaging surprised me. While it's cute and fits the theme, the “hotel” itself is made of cardboard, not plastic like I expected. The floors and walls feel quite flimsy and sensitive to touch. Honestly, I don't think the cardboard will last more than a week of regular play—especially with how energetic kids can be! That said, we still had a great time with it, and my daughter absolutely loves the animals. Despite the cardboard issue, the set's adorable design and the surprise element make it worth the purchase, but I just wish it were a bit more durable for long-term play.
