Very easy 3 piece setup, no tools required. Definitely a great looking chair. Functionality and craftsmanship seems sturdy so far as we've had it, based upon heavy routine use.

I was very pleased with this chair. It works very good. Have not had any problem with it so far.

Nice leather recliner the only thing was wrong is the size it supposed to be for a tall person but the leg lift was not long enough but it is well made with good quality material and it looks nice.

Beautiful chair and material is very comfortable and soft My issue is the foot rest is not long enough. Your feet hang off the end. I'm only 5'4” tall so my feet should rest comfortably on the footrest and not hang off. I have on had the chair two days at this point so we will see. I did buy the 4 yr warranty so just in case something malfunctions or breaks it's covered. I have not used the massage or heat yet.

arms feel a little flimsy the only reason not giving 5 stars. I hope they hold up for this price point

This chair is phenomenal. Everything works as intended and my husband thoroughly enjoys all the freedom and safety it gives him getting up

The THIRD box (Chair base sembly) was NOT delivered. it sems to be stuk in Bloomfield, CA Fedex facility for ome unknown nreason.
