Putting it together was no problem, pretty much self explanatory. Very comfortable, as far as the vibration, let’s be honest, no chair can give you a real vibration feeling, it just does not happen. The heat feature is great, especially in the winter. I have no complaints about the chair at all. Would recommend this product a five from a 1-5, 5 being the best!

I am semi disabled and this chair is good for me the only thing I wish it layed back a little more. the shipping was ok it came in 3 boxes and fairly easy to assemble.i just have to get use to using controls I still reaching for the handle. it is comfortable and nice to have the storage in the arms.and the cup holders are great. I did away with my side table that I use to have sitting beside my chair and all the clutter that comes with a side table. the arm storage is Great.

I love my lifting and massaging recliners. It is just what I need at the age of 73 with mobility issues. I am able to have comfort when elevating my legs and get a relaxing massage is a plus. It also helps by lifting me to get up as well . I thank God for whoever invented these magnificent chairs. God bless you!

i just receive my power lift recliner. i added the 3 year warranty because i wanted the added protection. it is a wider chair for heavier people, like me that have issues with standing, getting up, and me to elevate my legs. it is beautiful, sturdy, and was fairly easy to assemble. Even though the base was very heavy, I was able to do it alone. when sit down in it, my world changed. It made things so much easier on me. I am very pleased and believe it is a great value. I have only one regret, that i did not buy this sooner.

Chair looks nice and sits ok. Only a few things I would change. The chair still feels flimsy when assembled. The arm cushions come, preassembled and cover the cupholders a little they could be adjusted backwards so you could get use of full cupholder. The massage is not very strong in some places. The ones in the back and calves is hard to feel. The heat does work in the back but you can only feel it on the 30 and 60 min settings. If reclined back don’t expect to get up in a hurry the closing and lifting speed is real slow. Also if the power goes out you’re staying in the chair till power comes on or a fire fighter saves you. It has no manual release for power outage. The seat cushion could use either more or harder foam. We are talking about a chair with a 400 pound weight limit so it needs to be beefed up in a few areas. Now those are areas I think that need attention the chair over all is great for the money. The lift controls need to be attached to the arm because if you drop them you will need help getting them off the floor. I have only had my chair for 5 days and I like it.

The heating function lasted one week and now doesn't work at all. The way the sides go together is very questionable as the arm on one side was bent when it arrived. The vibrations parts in the seat are hard and uncomfortable. if suggest buying a real chair not this junk. Disappointed.

Although this chair is advertised as being suited for someone 400lbs, it is actually not built for it. I don't even weigh that amount and having the chair less than a month, the whole right side of it is falling off. I would not recommend this chair to anyone of size.

not what I believed I ordered. Thought I was getting the grey upholstery with arms that opened. Instead received grey with opening side magazine holder and cup holder.
