I bought the recliner for my wife who is battling cancer . She also suffers from excruciating muscle spasms. The chair is comfortable and it's many position capabilities allows her to rest when the bed won't do. She rarely uses the massage and heating elements that came with it because she says the quality and comfortability the recliner offers are more than sufficient for her daily use. I love the fabric and it's softness, the versatility in seating positions and the ease of assembly. Great value for the $$$.

It sure is just the right size It is pretty big and fits me well comfortable cushions and works well with its lift function The only problems I'd say I have with the chair is that the massage feature is not fantastically powerful and the heat feature has no adjustment there's only one setting on or off The lift function works great it's slightly slower than I thought it would be but it works just fine The assembler that came to put the chair together did a great job and as I said the chair is comfortable and functional it's not quite perfect but it's not bad for the price The only thing I can think of that is a glaring oversight is there are no USB ports on the chair but that's not much of a problem I have other ways of setting up my USB needs If you have trouble lifting things I would not recommend trying to put this chair together yourself and use the assembly service it's worth the $80 cost the person that assembled our chair did a great job My best description of it is it's not perfect but it's very good

Gray is not Gray. It has considerable brown in it, packaging calls it "truffle". See reply i received from seller. Grammar %26 spelling theirs. l love the zero gravity feature of this chair. The motors are good also. Only thing is the padding on the seat is not very comfortable. Other than that this is a great adjustable chair.

worse company to recliner chair drom. 3 day tlling me delivery between 12 and 3 pm. never came, ask fot ETA, routine by the end of day. showed up 3rd day 4 pm puching box of the truck. 6 boxes al busted but recliner chairs were not damaged. installed all both chairs to find out not exactly the chairs I ordered. order over size with multiple massegers and HG heat, received regular size with one message and heat for the back. I requested $400.00 credit mot eligible. lousy company and empkyees

EVERY THNG FALLS THROUGH IN SIDES AND BACK OF CHAIR REMOTES ABSLUTLY ARE TERRABLE HARD TO UNDERSAND AND CANT SEE IN TTHE DARK VERY COLD TO SET IN COLD COMES UP THE INSIDE SEAT IS ALWREADY BREAKING DOWN I WEIGHT ONLY 170 POUNDS

it took 2 extra weeks for 3rd box to be delivered. upon assembly a nd 1st use the recliner went up to exit position and stopped working. company that sold the item through Walmart will not repair or refund money. this was a almost $900.
