I’ve been using the LIVA Invigorating Scalp Scrub and I really like how refreshed my scalp feels after each use. It gently exfoliates without being too harsh, and it helps remove buildup while leaving my scalp feeling clean and balanced. I like that it includes pumpkin seed extract and hyaluronic acid, which help keep my scalp feeling hydrated instead of dry and irritated. It also leaves my hair feeling lighter, cleaner, and more voluminous at the roots. Overall, it’s a great addition to my hair care routine and I would definitely recommend it!
This scalp scrub is lovely. It's like a conditioner with some scrubbing salts or whatever it is mixed in and on top of refreshing my scalp, it feels hydrating to my hair itself. It's not overly gritty at all and rinses out very well. I have wavy curly hair and I see a difference in my overall hair pattern since using this scrub.
This scalp scrub is pretty good! It is a much creamier scrub than I expected. I thought it would be similar a body scrub, but the texture is kore similar to a mask with scrubbing beads. A generous application on my scalp left it feeling moisturized and clarified. As I was scrubbing, I could see the dead skin coming off, so I can attest that it works. I was worried that it would be greasy given the texture, but it wasn't! I have wavy hair and can struggle with volume, and it provided me with a good amount of volume! The scent is earthy, fresh, and overall lovely. My biggest pet peeve is that the beads are a bit difficult to wash out. I had to rinse my hair and scalp for a long time to get most of them out, and I still noticed some beads post shower. I don't believe they dissolve in water, so you have to physically remove them. Beyond this, I definitely recommend!
It feels and smells nice and probably does clean fine, but it has very little grittiness to actually exfoliate your scalp. I also am not a fan of the tub-style packaging. A tube would be more hygienic. Better yet, a tube with a thin nozzle for precise application to the scalp would be ideal.
The Liva Invigorating Scalp Scrub is a nice option if you are looking for a gentler exfoliating experience. I've used other scalp scrubs that felt a bit more intense, so this one was definitely milder by comparison. The formula is creamy with just a light amount of exfoliating particles making it comfortable to use without feeling harsh on the scalp. It was easy to apply and rinsed out of my hair easily without leaving any residue behind, which I really appreciated. Even though I personally prefer a stronger scrub, I felt like this product did its job well. If you have a sensitive scalp or simply just prefer a softer exfoliation, this product would be a great choice.
The scalp scrub is a new addition to my hair care regimen. I love that it was gentle on my scalp while cleansing ( I am heavy-handed with products, lol). My scalp felt clean before shampoo, and there was no need to double shampoo. Well, the product was good. I would have loved it to rinse out properly instead of leaving little residues.
I received this product in exchange for an honest review. Being that this is the first time I have ever tried a scalp scrub I didn't know what to expect. The first thing that I noticed when I opened this product was the beautiful fresh scent. I also noticed how creamy it was, which was shocking since it is considered a scrub. Once applying the product, I noticed that there was some grittiness to help scrub and it was enough to remove the product buildup as advertised. My only issue with the product is that nothing is invigorating about it. I was expecting to experience the tingling you feel with tea tree oil products or be able to actually feel the scrubbing sensation in my hair. However, I could only feel the grittiness in my hand and not on my scalp. Overall the product works and has a pleasant scent, but doesn't really seem different from using a clarifying shampoo.
I've never used a scalp scrub before, so wasn't sure what to expect. The product is packaged well, easy to open, and the scrub smells nice. It works into your hair easily and feels good on the scalp. It does take some extra rinsing to get it out. The pictures show before my shower, directly after my shower and then the next morning. It does seem like my hair is softer and more vibrant in the final image. While I do like the product, after several uses, I don't feel like I notice a significant difference in my hair. I will continue to use the product until it's gone, but not sure it's something I would continue to purchase in the future.
I like the idea of this product, but I felt like the little granules and it got stuck in my skull when I was trying to rinse it off. It does smell really good though, and it was a creamy texture that I liked, but it was hard to kind of get it out of my hair.
First off, I love the packaging... The matte green is really pretty! However, I actually didn't enjoy using this product! For me, there was no invigorating scrubbing action, no lather, or anything... It felt like I was using a conditioner or something! Very disappointed! I've used scalp scrubs in the past and this is the worst I've used! Barely any scrub to it, no lathering like it says (run product in and LATHER, then rinse). I definitely won't be purchasing this product.
