This is my second one of these I have bought, it makes pill taking for my father very easy and I like that I can lock it, The only thing that I can see as an improvement would be making the rings sticky instead of the tabs because many times his pills have gotten caught underneath the tabs on the rings.

I bought two of these. after about 8 months, the one pill box got an e r r message in the window. I tried several times to contact customer support and they did not get back to me. I finally got through to them and they told me that the error message means the turntable cannot turn. I'm constantly getting low battery readings even though I've tried five different packs of brand new batteries. the batteries work fine and other devices. I was informed to take the batteries out of the pill box. allow the pill box to set about 30 minutes and then put the batteries back in and reinstall the device. as soon as I did this, the error message came back again. apparently, the turntable stops turning and there is no way to fix it. basically, this is an 8 month disposable product. don't expect to even get the one year warranty from it. and don't expect to get a replacement from the manufacturer when it does break before the warranty is up.

It would not let me continue without a star, but I would not give this any star at all if possible. The machine did not work, the alarm would sound but we couldn't get the compartment open so we could not dispense it.

This machine has not worked and I would like to return it or find out what to do with it..... My Mother has dementia and needs it to work to help her take her medicine . So please I need to know how to get my money back to get another machine??????????????????
