Hard to keep gummies from sticking. Works OK. Some days it works better than others. But that may just be my reaction to the gummy. It works better for my husband.

The gel had an off-taste. It was sticky, melted together. Worked adiquetly for sleep.

didnt do a thing
does not do one thing. tried several times to see if they would work. nothing each time. disappointed in this one. I dont think they have any melatonin in them. not sure what they are supposed to do, but they do not lul you to sleep. this was yet one more fail for me.
