Bought for my grandfather who refused to get a hearing aid. He could hear people on the phone again!! Operating is pretty simple. Was mostly impressed with the other things this phone can offer vs the functionality. Loud call volume was my MUST and this phone understood the assignment!

This Flip phone is Ideal, however I decided to return it to Walmart and upgrade to the Jitterbug4 Smart phone which has More features for Texting and for Seniors use and you can even scan QR codes with it if needed

Had Verizon 4G %26 it was awful, if what you want is a bullet proof phone this is it. I originally had the top end flip phone years ago (cost over $350) and this is flip is far better (really). Lively programers did an excellent job, thank you!

It's a Sr. Friendly phone. My Mom loves it and if she is content then so am I. She is 92 years old and still in very good health but doesn't like the smart phones because of all the new technology. She just basically needs to call and text.

Bought this for my mother-in-law she absolutely loves it easy to use good battery life. I also bought one for my mom last Christmas. She's had absolutely no problems with hers loves it as well.

It advertise $14.99 a month on the box it came in but it costs more than that . First bill was $58. Will keep because this phone is for an elderly man who hates phones but needs something in case of an emergency. Best Buy was no help at all! Three of us waited for help and nobody came to help.

I am sure this is a wonderful phone, however it is not a phone you can use with Consumer Cellular service. so that is why I only give it three stars, because it did come up in a search engine hunt as the phone compatible with consumer Cellular, and we only found this out after we bought it and tried to hook it up to consumer Cellular. I will say the return was easy, the clerks were wonderful and there were no questions asked or any problems they handled it wonderfully well for me very pleased with the service of the employees of Walmart. I should have done more research of what my parents needed to work with consumer Cellular.

advertisement don't say you have to pay 35dollar activation pay for phone and pay for plan before I could use it 70 $$$ for just 300 minutes a month no data

The phone is locked to the Lively carrier network ONLY. It cannot be used on any other network. Delivered today but unused so don't know how the camera or anything else works on this phone. Was told by Lively rep that I had to activate the phone for their carrier and then I could use on another carrier. However, I called back after purchasing another sims card and the new rep I spoke with said "it cannot be used on any other carrier"

Charges extremely slow. I haven't gotten it activated yet. Cannot get through lively.com or their phone numbers. Wait time on hold is extremely long. People on other end don't seem to know what they are doing and can't see what you have. This is not the Seller's fault.
