I used to buy a small bottle, which was easy to travel with, but this time, this big one has more promotions and has saved me a lot of money. I had my suspicions, as this price was a very good price for this shampoo. So far, it appears to be the same ( not fake) that I've purchased elsewhere in the past. The product itself does help with volume and my hair feels fresh and clean longer. The awesome scent is a bonus.

I did not find it to be any different from the other shampoos I use. The volume i get is just the same. Considering the price i had paid i was expecting added volume. It did clean my scalp from hair product and smelled fresh and clean.

I ordered shampoo and although the label states that the product is shampoo, it actually is conditioner.

Today, I received my order from Walmart again, and the service was just as upsetting 🥺. I ordered the largest bottle of a premium shampoo, and while the box looked fine, the bottle inside was sticky, and the cap was partially open. Half the shampoo had spilled out 😡. Terrible service. Refund or refund request is not accepted😡 I'm truly frustrated because some items aren't available in-store and can only be purchased online. Experiencing poor service twice is very upsetting 😢. Please improve your packaging and delivery process!
