In just 2 months it raised my Vit D levels from 22 to 36 .it also contains vitamin K which helps the Vitamin go where it needs and not calcify the blood vessels. It is safe and toxin free and the vitamins from Dr. Livingood are always high quality and to be trusted

I have been taking Livingood's products for a few years including the vitamin d3 with k2. I appreciate that his products are 3rd party tested and does NOT have magnesium sterate as an " other ingredient ", since I'm sensitive to it (causes dizziness for me) ; it's not easy finding supplements without it .
