Great when it's on sale

I like this two ways: warm with spray butter and seasoning; warm with unsweetened almond milk and a sugar free sweetener. It doesn't taste like rice, but it does a great job of being a noodle substitute with low calories. The next thing I plan to try is adding it to a bowl of soup.

Was really happy with this. Rinsed it several times, soaked it in some water with salt and lemon juice for a couple hours, drained it then dry pan fried it to get rid of any moisture. Served with homemade butter chicken. Comes as 2 individual packs inside the bag and each is a large serving for one person orcould serve 2 if you are a light eaters. Will be keeping this in my cupboard as a regular staple.

I really didn't expect to like this. I was totally surprised. Actually added some whipping cream and sweetener for rice pudding. Some of the rice I used as a bed for my stirfry.

I made a stir fry rice with this and it was a big hit with the friends. No after taste like the noodles.

I have been looking for something similar to rice/pasta and this is the best out there. Love using this for stir fry! I will be buying on a regular.

Still expensive for a Made in Canada product, but better price than through an online large competitor

Once rinsed thoroughly, I love the chewy consistency. Will buy again!

The noodles are better. The texture is very chewy. The texture is Nothing like rice if that's what you're looking for.
