Wow, I'm truly impressed with this camera. Iv had multiple solar cameras but this one definitely tops them all. Love how you can move the camera from your phone in any direction. I currently have it set at a 180 to view my front yard.. It does have a spot light that is very bright. My family feels much safer with thim camera up front. It is big and bulky but not to bad. It runs off of 4g let from your device which is really convenient. Very easy to install. I truly would recommend this one to anyone. For the price and video quality, it's truly amazing. I'm actually considering buying 2 more for my back yard. it does have a cloud for storage and the microphone is really loud. Does have an option for motion detection. Allows for multiple users so my wife and I can both have the app on our phones. The app was easy and fast to set up and sync to camera. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase and actually sent this camera page to a few family members!
Very easy to set up and install and the picture is really good. It gives you a 7 day trial of the 4G plan so I have not subscribed to it. I was hoping just to use an SD card instead. Gives you a notification if there is any motion so I feel more secure having this camera. Would recommend
So far, this security camera has worked well. The video quality is clear, and I really like that it's completely wireless, which made installation quick and easy. Being able to place it where I need it without running cables is a big plus. I have not had it long enough to comment on its long-term reliability, but my experience so far has been positive.
I was so shocked at the picture quality of this camera. Make sure you install these base correctly the first time. It is very important to read/follow instructions. I've had problems connecting OTHER cameras in the past but had no problem with this on. I will buy more
I just started using the Liwan 4G LTE Security Camera at my house, and so far I'm happy with it. The setup was pretty straightforward, and I like that it doesn't need Wi-Fi to work. The picture quality is clear during the day, and the night vision gives a good view of my yard after dark. The motion alerts seem reliable, and the solar panel helps keep the battery charged. It's only been a short time, but it has given me extra peace of mind when I'm away from home.
this camera was fairly easy to install and the picture quality is great. just charge it up initially before placing the camera where you decide and once it's installed turn on you app for a simple set up and you have viewing security at your desired location.
Extremely helpful when you live in the desert. Needs to charge for 10 hours before usage but that's fine. It has an app for your phone that you connect it with. You can charge it via usb-c (don't quote me on this because I get them mixed up in my brain) but the point is that it doesn't have to be 100% solar powered if you don't want it to be. Super sturdy image is clear.
I'm really digging this solar powered security camera. I like how it pans and tilts. Plus the solar powered security camera is a step up. The motion detection and night vision options is a must have. Installation was easy. Recommendation to all
Nice camera. The camera and solar panel are a good size. This isn't an "out of sight" camera. Set up was fairly easy. It takes a TF card, aka microSD card. Or you can use a cloud service for a subscription price. There is also a data subscription. Im guessing that is for people who aren't using their phone or tablet that already has data? I feel like the instructions should state if you have to pay additional data fees. It's very confusing to figure out. There is an app you download. There is no work around you HAVE to download the app. We couldn't get the microphone to work, talking or hearing. You use your fingures to move the camera around. That part of the app is very lagging. Sometimes, the camera moved. Other times, it didn't. More so didnt than did. The thing I was most excited about was the screw hole templates. You get 2, 1 for the camera, and 1 for the solar panel. That's just genius to me!! The camera is sturdy and heavy, and it feels good quality made. It works. There are just some issues with it. I would definitely play with it before mounting it!!
This solar panel outdoor camera was very time‑consuming to connect and kept timing out. I added an SD card, but it didn't come with a SIM card. I went through every setting, including notifications, and it still does not notify me when motion is detected. To see “Events,” you have to open the app, tap the live view, then tap SD playback. It only shows the last event, not a list of all events. The playback videos don't play smoothly. There's no real security if it won't alert you to motion.
