Leaker
Leaked consistently upon installation but eventually slowed and may have stopped. Ordered another type (same brand but flat sided bottle) and it leaked even worse! I'm amazed that a company that has been manufacturing these products for such a long time can't make one that doesn't leak.

Damaged and useless
I ordered this online. sold and shipped by Little Family Members. It arrived in a slightly padded envelope and was broken in a million pieces. didn't bother opening envelope since I didn't want glass everywhere. Who ships a glass object in a flimsy envelope? This company does!

LUBRICANT INSIDE TUBE RECALL IMMEDIATELY
Metal tube nozel coated with grey lubricant inside of tube and on ball. Lubricant will harm your pet. Glass 8 oz bottle has no flat side. Not returning this item, afraid it will be resold. ASSEMBLED IN USA by adults with disabilities. Check your tube with corner of white paper towel, twist into length of tube, remove gently. Any grey color indicates lubricant is present. Washing or wiping does not remove lubricant.
