LLappuil Sectional Sofa Couch, Oversized Chenille Sofa with Pull Out Sofa Bed for Living Room Dark Gray

This is assembly was worse than a 1000 piece puzzle. The directions were shakey and trying to watch the assembly video was completely anger inducing. 1 of the wooden slats did not have a hole properly cut out. But once we got everything together it was worth it. Putting this couch together was very stressful.

I love this sectional sofa! Although there was a minor issue with the delivery, it was originally supposed to be delivered in four shipments, but I only received three pieces at first. However, the customer service at LLappuil responded promptly and helped me resolve the issue quickly.We bought this sofa set for our living room, and its mobility is excellent. For us, the best part is the fold-out bed! Whether it's for movie nights where everyone can arrange their seating freely, or for game nights, we have plenty of space to enjoy our time together.It's great!

This couch looks amazing. There were a lot of assembly steps but I am so impressed and happy with the overall value. I have a huge family and was trying to figure out how to maximize space. This is perfect. We also hosted some of my finances guy friends (4 ) and they said it was super comfortable. We also have had some great movie nights since purchasing. I will say the dark gray is not a standard dark gray and look ms like a deep deep olive green. If you are looking for a gray the light Gary may be better. But I really love how this turned out.

ok so the assembly was ruff going lots of parts but not labeled, only 6 pieces out of 20, the couch is very pretty however sits so close to the ground. thatt compared to all my other furniture it looks silly, and makes it hard to get off and on.. would be great for kids not adults.

I thought someone spilled something on my cushion I took it off to wash and discovered the cushions look like it had some type of water damage because every single cushion under the covers are stained and the price y'all charging is not fair for something y'all know is damaged and y'all still trying to profit off it there should be no 200 delivery fee for this item and people should have the option of buying the item like that or not had I none this I would not have purchased it a beautiful couch but now I have to figure out how to restore the cushions

Do not purchase this couch, it's not as pictured. The back pillows are extremely thin and flimsy, the pillows are different sizes, the cushion are 4 inches not 8, the color is different and when you sit you sink down. Falsely advertised.

This couch came in 3 different colors and patterns. The pillows are about an inch thick. One of the pillows has the zipper sewn on the wrong side. The cushions do not line up leaving a huge gal. So when you sit down, you're falling forward. I have reached out to the company to get a refund and their solution was to send thicker pillows and $100. They were trying not to accept the return because the shipping costs were too high. The company eventually stopped answering me. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have been emailing the company asking if they would like me to bring it back to a local Walmart or trash it and no one has responded to me. It's been almost 2 months since receiving this couch. Do NOT buy this couch. It is nothing like the pictures and not worth the money!

This seller is a thief and dishonest. My couch came damaged. I reported it to Walmart and they put me in contact with the seller who promised to sent replacement piece within 3 days. It's now 28 days later and I have no replacement pieces and they refuse to give a refund. You will be left disputing it with the bank. Walmart won't help.

the couch looks cheaply made . the back of the couch is not solid you could feel to beams covered by the fabric going across holding the whole couch. the worst part is that the back pillows that supposed to support your back are an inch or two thick !!! I don't understand how this company operates . on the pictures it looks great and the pillows look nice and firm to sit comfortably and support your back . In reality you are sitting on a couch that has no back support so you can't even lean back and relax because the back pillows do not reach the middle of the couch. On top of it all , I had to pay extra 150 dollars for delivery . not worth the money . at all .

the sofa looks nice and material the build is okay but the mistskes this company make is epic i really hope that i just did something wrong and i will change my review but aint no way it suppose to look like this
