Great quallity bench. This is a great buy! Not difficult to assemble. I have used it and it's very sturdy, it holds my weight fine (5'11 160lbs). I believe it will serve for years. Can't not be more convenient so I recommend getting this, much better overall and great for home gym.

This multi-functional fitness device is amazing. With this device, I can exercise several muscle parts at the same time, and the design is very reasonable and does not take up too much space. It is also convenient to install. Finally, I can't make excuses for my laziness.

This is a great work out bench for indoor exercise. It arrived sooner than I expected, well packaged. It took me 20 minutes to set up with instruction. Very sturdy and easy to work with. Height can be adjusted as you needed. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Great workout bench for the price. We are happy with our purchase. It supports both me and my husband (one at a time of course) for lifting weights workouts. The shipping time was no problem. They communicated well. Setup was easy too - I would say it took my husband probably 20-30 minutes to do it. Perfect bench for at home workouts. Comfortable to use and serves its purpose well.

I like the bench is sturdy and easy to assemble. It takes me around 15 min to set up. The bench piece can lift/fold up, so it doesn't take up too many space and it is easy to move around as I need. I like this home workouts. Will keep update if anything change.

I was looking for a serious bench that would hold adult over 200lbs and enough weight to get a good workout and stable enough that i wouldn't have to worry about when racking the bench bar back into the holders. So far this fits the bill, it's not like the benches at Golds gym or any professional weight lifting gym but so far it has held up fine. I am an older ex powerlifting gym rat who uses this bench at home with a 7ft olympic bar with the 2inch ends. Since i am over 50 i have only been lifting 100lbs gradually working my way up to about 130 for sets of 10 and i feel confident in the overall feel of the bench . I am using it for flat bench and for doing flys with dumbbells and presses. It is stable for that and any guy probably up to 250 lbs of body weight should be good to go. I personally would NOT be benching over 300 lbs on this bench ,you would be better off going to a gym and having a spotter. This is one of the best ones you will probably find for serious gym workout at home .

The cross beam stops the bench from folding up so it takes up more space than advertised. Also 2 of the Allen bolts are too short to properly secure the bench pad.

Bench is sturdy good value for the price. I bought it for $84. I was disappointed over two issues. One I can't fold the bench. When I rotate the bench upward to fold it, it doesn't go completely vertical and lock into place. The bench pad hits the cross piece. I purchased it specifically to fold it when not benching. Two the bench claims to incline and decline. Although that's true it's not like a two cushion bench type where the upper pad can be raised or lowered separately for incline or decline pressing. On this bench the angle changes by lowering angle of the front leg support. I wouldn't do incline presses on this bench. Decline presses are not an option. I wish it had the ability to adjust the width of the bar holders. I'm 5'9. While benching I would normally place my bar grip about where the bar holders are located. With this bench I have to grip the bar a bit wider than I'd like to. Inside the bar holders in too narrow. My grip is close outside the bar holders could pinch my hands if I'm not careful. I'd recommend those who can afford it buy a bench that you can adjust the bard holder width. Buy a bench that can offer legitimate incline and decline bench press options.
