This power cage is an excellent all-in-one home gym for strength training. The sturdy frame feels solid during heavy lifts, while the lat pulldown, cable pulley system, and dip handles add tons of exercise variety without taking up extra space. Assembly takes about 2 hours, but once it's set up, it's a reliable piece of equipment for squats, bench presses, pull-ups, and full-body workouts. Great value for anyone building a serious home gym. Ton of add ons making it even more valuable!

The Lmdex Power Cage is strong, sturdy, and feels very secure during workouts. The built-in LAT pulldown and cable pulley system add many exercise options. It is great for squats, bench presses, pull-ups, and full-body strength training. The dip handles are solid and easy to use for upper body workouts. Assembly takes some time, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The frame feels stable even when lifting heavier weights. It is a great space-saving choice for a complete home gym setup. The build quality is impressive, with durable steel construction. It offers excellent value compared to buying separate gym equipment. Overall, this power rack is a reliable and versatile choice for anyone serious about home fitness.

The Lmdex Power Cage Power Rack was much easier to assemble than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and I had everything put together without any major issues. As a plus-size user, I appreciate how sturdy and stable this power cage feels. It supports my weight well, and I feel confident using it for my workouts. The lat pulldown, cable pulley system, and dip handles add a lot of versatility, making it easy to target different muscle groups without needing multiple machines. Overall, this is a solid addition to my home gym.

I was blown away with the quality of this cage. The metal is thick, the hardware sturdy, and everything went together perfectly. It took me about two hours by myself, but the instructions were clear and hardware and wrenches all separated by steps. It came with a couple attachments (tricep rope, ankle, straight bar) and the tubes to use 2” plates on the cable system. The pull-up bar is great as it has multiple angles, all of which have nice knurling. The attention to detail is above and beyond for the price, even with something as simple as angling the bars that hold your plates so they don't rattle around as you use the cable attachment. I'd give this thing a 10/10 if the scale went that high. It's a huge upgrade over the CAP squat rack I was using prior to this.

Great rack. Low profile, simple, but enough versatility with the pulley system, that it gives you everything you need for a home gym setup.

Perfect size and quality. For the price it has a lot of accessories

Overall, I'm happy with this power cage. It took a few hours to assemble, but the instructions were easy enough to follow if you take your time. Once put together, it feels sturdy and doesn't take up as much space as I expected. I like that it comes with several attachments, so you can do a variety of exercises without needing extra equipment. The cable system works well for home workouts. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that assembly is a bit time-consuming, but for the price it's a great value and a solid addition to a home gym.
