LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolyte Drink Mix - Citrus - 6ct

I like the convenience of these cans. I keep them in my truck fridge and have one when I want something other than water. The lemonade flavor is fake tasting but the convenience is awesome. I think other flavors would be better. NOTE: these are for TRUE hydration not for great taste. They are NOT sweet, very salty as they clearly state. However, if you're still thirsty after drinking 16-24 oz of water, these are the magic solution! By cutting out drinks with artificial flavorings, my sugar cravings rarely derail me. Rarely experience them. True hydration and reducing artificial flavors has done that for me.

If you're looking for something with a sweeter taste, this whole brand is not for you. These are salty but not they dissolve that you dont taste granules. Jist not the usual "commercial" flavor that mainstream hydration products use because theyre looking to attract a wider audience. However, if youre looking to TRULY hydrate correctly, any of these in any flavor will do the trick! Definitely one of the more expensive brands but I dont mind if it works and these do! I love this flavor especially mixed with chilled water! I can hydrate when I use 1 packet per day. Remainder of my day I drink water. Never felt so alert, sugar cravings dampened and overall had something to sweat out on hot days plus recover from long work days so much quicker and more thoroughly as when I am hydrated properly.

I'll start with - they all taste good. Better than plain water for sure. But - I don't notice any benefits outside of the taste. I feel the same if I just drink water, and for the price I might be better off… but a girl can treat herself once in awhile right?

OBSESSED!!!! Watermelon salt is my favorite. I usually never drink water but this stuff I drank in 10mins and was craving more. I was afraid it was going to be too salty but it isn't. If anything it's a little on the sweeter side. I like to add lime juice and Tajín in mine. I immediately felt more energy, less fatigue and brain fog.

I use LMNT occasionally, and love it, but my husband uses it every day and doesn't go without it. He has a mowing business on the side and sweats a lot, and struggles with muscle cramps. As long as he drinks his LMNT he will be okay and not get muscle cramps. We get the variety pack because we like to have different flavors. He has found that LMNT works the best of all the electrolytes he has tried and he has tried a lot of other brands.

I was a bit skeptical at first. I thought they would taste too salty, but surprisingly all three flavors were pretty good and not an overpowering salty taste. I would definitely buy these when I need hydration packets but probably wait until they are on sale.

Had difficulty ordering this item. The cart would show the item would be shipped. However, when the order is placed the item defaulted to an in-store purchase. Then the item would not be found (3 Xs). Only today was I able to order this single item which will now be shipped. FINALLY. As for taste, I enjoy it best. And my very active adult son who works in the sun, loves it!

These are pricey, but absolutely worth it! I am in the heat off/on throughout the day. I get headaches if I dont hydrate enough and these do the trick. Not sweet or mega flavored so if you're used to big taste, you wont find it here. However, if you seek t9 better your hydration, improve sleep and require less caffeine to stay 9n top of youre game, this is it! They hydrate me when water alone cannot. I prefer using distilled water over regular bottled water for greeatest effect.

This product helped my body to hydrate properly. That said my digestion and brain fog are hugely improved! Raspberry is my favorite but they are all good. I drink 2-3 packs a day and it has made a definite difference, Trying to share with all my friends.

This is a sodium overload. Taste wise its just ok. The flavors aren't great because again, its a sodium overload so the drink itself is actually salty. If you have low sodium levels this would probably be a good option to check out. But for the average person, I feel theres better options out there.
