This us a game changer for me. I suffer from low electrolytes especially after I golf or exercise. I have always super-hydrated but still had excruciatingly painful and crippling cramps. Just one packet in a bottle of water prevents cramps. This is the best.
Seems to be pretty good as far as nutrition of ingredients. Unclear about "natural _______ flavoring" and whether that is the actual fruit flavor, or some un-natural ingredient. Could feel the difference as far as refreshment very soon after drinking it. Good flavor. Packets make it easy to take with you. I hope Walmart will stock this on shelves going forward. It is recommended by a nutritionist on YouTube that I follow.
I'm on a GLP-1 %26 lmnt has been a lifesaver for me. I've been drinking it for 7 months now %26 it's the only electrolyte that helps me with muscle cramps. I exercise a lot %26 this is perfect in our hot weather. This doesn't raise my blood pressure up either. I love having it in Walmart now. Perfect.
I use the raspberry salt LMNT in two different ways. I use a 20 oz mug with ice water in it and I will add about half a packet and stir and taste and see if that's enough or I add a little bit more if I need a little bit more. I also will get a cup of crushed ice and sprinkle the powder on the ice and then eat it with a spoon and it's taste like a snow cone and then the melted water at the bottom of the cup is delicious too. using it on the keto diet has been a game changer. Especially in the first two weeks of starting Keto, I never got keto flu and I attribute that to using the LMNT. I love the raspberry salt flavor I'm hoping to get a chance to try the chocolate and caramel flavors too, but Walmart does not carry those two.
I love LMNT orange drink mix. There isn't a ton of orange flavor. Its more of a hint of salty orange. I'm not heavy into workouts, but I do intake a lot of salt. I drink this once between breakfast and lunch, and even though I drink something throughout the day I'm really not thirsty. You can make this mix as strong or weak in salt by mixing with more or less water. Start with a 16.9 oz water. If it is to salty add more water until you get to where it suits your taste. I usually drink a couple ounces out of a 16.9 ounce and then add the packet.
Feel a little low? Tingle in your throat? Wondering if you might be getting sick? I'm telling you - this helps. Drink ONE and you will feel better. I put it into my water in a large mason jar with a straw and sip on it slowly, trying to drink 16-20 oz in about a half hour. The flavor is SO good, the saltiness and the citrus of the orange flavor is THE BEST in my opinion (and yes, I've tried the pack with the assortment of flavors). Just feel better and try these. Or vice versa.
LMNT Watermelon has a clean, refreshing taste and the electrolyte quality feels solid—no weird aftertaste or artificial vibe. That said, it's hard to ignore the price tag; it feels a bit overpriced for what you're getting. Still, if taste and ingredient quality matter to you, it delivers.
If they would have had these on the Titanic, they could have thrown it on the iceberg and it would have turned it into an ice cube. Instead of a salt circle to keep demons away, just sprinkle this around you. Nothing can get past this stuff if it's being used as a barrier of protection against evil spirits. Salt around the rim of your margarita? Nah, use this instead. You'll be salted, drunk, and hydrated all at the same time. Feeling like being "salty?" Just throw one of these in your pocket. It'll take care of the saltiness for you. Flavor is decent though.
If you absolutely want to cut out all unnecessary sugar but need a large dose of salt in your electrolyte packet, this is definitely the way to go. You can still taste how salty it is but it's not horrible. I managed to get it down. I would still say it's way overpriced. Charging that much extra just because you left sugar out? The flavor still does not justify the price. It's tolerable. Still gross. Like gulping down the ocean. Kyle lied.
I ordered 3-packs of Element electrolyte powders from Walmart. Two of the boxes looked fine and I had already consumed several packets. But when I opened the third box — grapefruit flavor — I was stunned. The box itself was sealed shut, glued on both ends like it had never been opened. But once I tore it open, I found that every single packet inside was tampered with. Each one had a visible slit, white powder leaking out, and was sloppily taped together with scotch tape. Someone had clearly repackaged the box to make it look factory-sealed — this wasn’t an accidental defect. It was deliberate and dangerous. I handled the box with gloves and immediately put it outside. That’s how concerned I was. I’ve already consumed some of the other packets and now I’m left wondering what I may have ingested. This is extremely serious and Walmart needs to treat it as such. Yes, I was issued a refund — but that’s where the support ended. No investigation, no escalation, no urgency. That’s simply not acceptable for a potential contamination or tampering case. Buyers: check every packet and box immediately. And Walmart — take this seriously. Someone is going to get hurt if this is ignored.
