This product helped my body to hydrate properly. That said my digestion and brain fog are hugely improved! Raspberry is my favorite but they are all good. I drink 2-3 packs a day and it has made a definite difference, Trying to share with all my friends.
These are pricey, but absolutely worth it! I am in the heat off/on throughout the day. I get headaches if I dont hydrate enough and these do the trick. Not sweet or mega flavored so if you're used to big taste, you wont find it here. However, if you seek t9 better your hydration, improve sleep and require less caffeine to stay 9n top of youre game, this is it! They hydrate me when water alone cannot. I prefer using distilled water over regular bottled water for greeatest effect.
I'll start with - they all taste good. Better than plain water for sure. But - I don't notice any benefits outside of the taste. I feel the same if I just drink water, and for the price I might be better off… but a girl can treat herself once in awhile right?
I like this flavor along with their watermelon. I thought the lemon only flavor would have been good but for some reason this one is better and more tart which if you love eating lemons with salt is what I was looking for. I was turned on to LMNT after several co-workers were drinking this and only this on a 28 day fast loosing a lot of weight without the headaches and failures. Instead they had more energy and felt revitalized on their third day of fasting and only drinking this three times a day which is very important. Stay safe and stay healthy! Give them a try.
Yes, the price is high and I really hate paying so much for electrolyte packets..BUT.. these are amazing and worth the price. I love the taste! These are sweet, not bitter like other brands and have a slightly salty taste which I thought would be off-putting, but no....it makes the flavor even better! Totally addicted to the flavors and the ingredients are really quality. I have had so many different types of electrolyte drinks and this is by far the best. Also, their customer service is amazing, i had ordered from the website, did not like the flavor i chose (lemonade) and they sent out a replacement of my choice of flavor AND let me keep the box of lemonade , no returns! Highly recommend.
I use the raspberry salt LMNT in two different ways. I use a 20 oz mug with ice water in it and I will add about half a packet and stir and taste and see if that's enough or I add a little bit more if I need a little bit more. I also will get a cup of crushed ice and sprinkle the powder on the ice and then eat it with a spoon and it's taste like a snow cone and then the melted water at the bottom of the cup is delicious too. using it on the keto diet has been a game changer. Especially in the first two weeks of starting Keto, I never got keto flu and I attribute that to using the LMNT. I love the raspberry salt flavor I'm hoping to get a chance to try the chocolate and caramel flavors too, but Walmart does not carry those two.
I personally love the taste of all of them, I just wish the stuff was slightly cheaper. Easiest thing in the world to just take a pair of scissors, cut an angle on the packet, and dump it into a bottle of water and shake it up. If you're trying to squeeze every ounce of value, OR they are too salty for you, I've found a half packet is actually perfect. Some people may find the salt taste a bit overwhelming if they use a whole packet, the first time I tried them it was a bit much, but they still taste good.
I didn't like the other flavors because they were too sweet and strong flavors but the lemon is good and it definitely is helping me. I will have some made up in the fridge and after I've exercised I will drink some. I am someone who's always been low on potassium and getting the potassium and the magnesium helps my heart as well. I do have heart issues and when I'm drinking this on a regular basis I noticed that I have less issues and longer stretches in between having issues. It mixes very easily with water and completely dissolves
Love these electrolytes!!! I use so many different brands of electrolytes, and this one is one that seems to work the best with my body chemistry. My only qualm is with the price, as it is extremely expensive for the size and qty. However, everything else, including flavor and efficacy, is excellent.
I ordered 3-packs of Element electrolyte powders from Walmart. Two of the boxes looked fine and I had already consumed several packets. But when I opened the third box — grapefruit flavor — I was stunned. The box itself was sealed shut, glued on both ends like it had never been opened. But once I tore it open, I found that every single packet inside was tampered with. Each one had a visible slit, white powder leaking out, and was sloppily taped together with scotch tape. Someone had clearly repackaged the box to make it look factory-sealed — this wasn’t an accidental defect. It was deliberate and dangerous. I handled the box with gloves and immediately put it outside. That’s how concerned I was. I’ve already consumed some of the other packets and now I’m left wondering what I may have ingested. This is extremely serious and Walmart needs to treat it as such. Yes, I was issued a refund — but that’s where the support ended. No investigation, no escalation, no urgency. That’s simply not acceptable for a potential contamination or tampering case. Buyers: check every packet and box immediately. And Walmart — take this seriously. Someone is going to get hurt if this is ignored.
