This us a game changer for me. I suffer from low electrolytes especially after I golf or exercise. I have always super-hydrated but still had excruciatingly painful and crippling cramps. Just one packet in a bottle of water prevents cramps. This is the best.
Seems to be pretty good as far as nutrition of ingredients. Unclear about "natural _______ flavoring" and whether that is the actual fruit flavor, or some un-natural ingredient. Could feel the difference as far as refreshment very soon after drinking it. Good flavor. Packets make it easy to take with you. I hope Walmart will stock this on shelves going forward. It is recommended by a nutritionist on YouTube that I follow.
I'm on a GLP-1 %26 lmnt has been a lifesaver for me. I've been drinking it for 7 months now %26 it's the only electrolyte that helps me with muscle cramps. I exercise a lot %26 this is perfect in our hot weather. This doesn't raise my blood pressure up either. I love having it in Walmart now. Perfect.
awesome taste just like all the other LMNT electrolytes packet flavors!! I drink them every morning to start my day hydrated. I don't eat breakfast or drink coffee until I drink LMNT electrolytes. I definitely recommend this product to everyone!!!
So if you are supplementing your electrolytes based on your workouts and things like that, this is one of the better ones you can dilute it and the flavor, stays true all the way up to 30 ounces, but if you're increasing your electrolytes because you live on a keto diet and you think these are more than a dollar a serving still cheaper than Gatorade, but Gatorade has sweeteners that actually are tricky with a very strict keto diet. It can spike your blood sugar a little bit, even though there's no sugar in the sugar-free or Gatorade zeros they taste good there's a lot of variety. They're easy to find, but I don't tolerate aspartame very well so bringing us back to the LNMT probably the best flavored product. I've tried others out there I made a mistake of allowing myself to get some lesser name product products I had never heard of based on their claimed nutritional value. I am highly keto adapted. I have to drink 3 to 5 servings of electrolyte drinks a day to just stay baseline. I was drinking 2 to 3 of LNMT and or liquid IV liquid IV taste pretty good has a couple more carbs net carbs and has more filler. They taste good though but ultimately my absolute favorite is this watermelon LNMT but I made the mistake of buying these others and I started relying on these others. Well, I'm a very active person who lives in ketosis. I had an extra long car drive my legs swollen up and I had to take a diuretic the combination of the diuretic and the cheaper electrolytes was dangerous for me. My potassium and magnesium dropped and I got dehydrated and had to be treated in the ER so I'll tell you for sure 100% these are cheap cheaper than an ER visit even if you have to drink 3 to 5 a day if you're spending five 5-6 bucks a day on electrolyte drinks for your body it's still cheaper than a visit to the ER and a lot less embarrassing since I'm a paramedic and I have to work with the doctors who had to treat me for was something so simple and I missed it I was still drinking electrolytes. I was I increased almost doubled the amount I was drinking so if you are drinking other brands be careful because I just learned the hard way there's a reason my body craves this it's because my body absorbs this and works well with this. I suggest you try it. See if it works well for you too. This tastes amazing when it's first mixed with very cold water and it stays good in the bottle even when it comes up to room temperature, I can still tolerate to drink it.
Omg I love love this stuff. LMNT is the best I'd buy it over and over again. Good value for the money. It has no sugar and has the right amount of flavor magnesium sodium. Helps inflammation helps with headaches. Go get it at your local Walmart they got other flavors too if they dont have it. You should be able to order it online!!!!!
I use the raspberry salt LMNT in two different ways. I use a 20 oz mug with ice water in it and I will add about half a packet and stir and taste and see if that's enough or I add a little bit more if I need a little bit more. I also will get a cup of crushed ice and sprinkle the powder on the ice and then eat it with a spoon and it's taste like a snow cone and then the melted water at the bottom of the cup is delicious too. using it on the keto diet has been a game changer. Especially in the first two weeks of starting Keto, I never got keto flu and I attribute that to using the LMNT. I love the raspberry salt flavor I'm hoping to get a chance to try the chocolate and caramel flavors too, but Walmart does not carry those two.
Feel a little low? Tingle in your throat? Wondering if you might be getting sick? I'm telling you - this helps. Drink ONE and you will feel better. I put it into my water in a large mason jar with a straw and sip on it slowly, trying to drink 16-20 oz in about a half hour. The flavor is SO good, the saltiness and the citrus of the orange flavor is THE BEST in my opinion (and yes, I've tried the pack with the assortment of flavors). Just feel better and try these. Or vice versa.
I'll start with - they all taste good. Better than plain water for sure. But - I don't notice any benefits outside of the taste. I feel the same if I just drink water, and for the price I might be better off… but a girl can treat herself once in awhile right?
I ordered 3-packs of Element electrolyte powders from Walmart. Two of the boxes looked fine and I had already consumed several packets. But when I opened the third box — grapefruit flavor — I was stunned. The box itself was sealed shut, glued on both ends like it had never been opened. But once I tore it open, I found that every single packet inside was tampered with. Each one had a visible slit, white powder leaking out, and was sloppily taped together with scotch tape. Someone had clearly repackaged the box to make it look factory-sealed — this wasn’t an accidental defect. It was deliberate and dangerous. I handled the box with gloves and immediately put it outside. That’s how concerned I was. I’ve already consumed some of the other packets and now I’m left wondering what I may have ingested. This is extremely serious and Walmart needs to treat it as such. Yes, I was issued a refund — but that’s where the support ended. No investigation, no escalation, no urgency. That’s simply not acceptable for a potential contamination or tampering case. Buyers: check every packet and box immediately. And Walmart — take this seriously. Someone is going to get hurt if this is ignored.
