I like the convenience of these cans. I keep them in my truck fridge and have one when I want something other than water. The lemonade flavor is fake tasting but the convenience is awesome. I think other flavors would be better. NOTE: these are for TRUE hydration not for great taste. They are NOT sweet, very salty as they clearly state. However, if you're still thirsty after drinking 16-24 oz of water, these are the magic solution! By cutting out drinks with artificial flavorings, my sugar cravings rarely derail me. Rarely experience them. True hydration and reducing artificial flavors has done that for me.
Hands down the best electrolyte and hydration option on the market! Uses the Na/K pump and NO SUGAR! All flavors taste amazing, my favorite being the Citrus Salt. Tips: Perfect for anyone who sweats! Not just athletes. I use one while doing household cleaning. You can adjust the salt level by using less than a whole packet. Nothing has relieved my leg muscle cramps like this, completely gone!
Best electrolyte ever has an actual useful amount of everything and helps balance out what I was losing the best out of so many different brands while postpartum and pots, dehydration I wasn't even aware was happening because of beast feeding “because this isn't my first time around” and now daily with workout this has kept me out of the hospital moving physically active again and moving weights being able to play and run with my kids not having to worry about health issues! I'm so glad I found this product! Could never recommend another electrolyte supplement other then there other flavors and the flavorless!
Thus product is a lot stronger than most, so I use 1/2 packet for my hydration needs. For a few dollars more, I actually get more servings than with the other brands without all the extra stuff I font want or need. Great to throw in my backpack or purse, when I am on the go.
This brand was recommended by my child's pediatrician since he is in sports. A lot of the other electrolytes brands just aren't up to par and we have tried several. they have unwanted ingredients or sugar or colors or not enough of the good ingredients. this is kinda pricey compared to some, but the serving amount this little packet has is more because you mix it with more water. it's a bit of a change in flavor compared to some others due to the salt content, but i like it, my son seems to like it and we have tried a few flavors. we are looking to get into more natural remedies instead of just chemical ones, i would recommed this.
If you're looking for something with a sweeter taste, this whole brand is not for you. These are salty but not they dissolve that you dont taste granules. Jist not the usual "commercial" flavor that mainstream hydration products use because theyre looking to attract a wider audience. However, if youre looking to TRULY hydrate correctly, any of these in any flavor will do the trick! Definitely one of the more expensive brands but I dont mind if it works and these do! I love this flavor especially mixed with chilled water! I can hydrate when I use 1 packet per day. Remainder of my day I drink water. Never felt so alert, sugar cravings dampened and overall had something to sweat out on hot days plus recover from long work days so much quicker and more thoroughly as when I am hydrated properly.
Okay so I love LMNT packets and the ease of use and they taste great. Now I personally don't mind spending 10 bucks for 6 packs, now someone else could say that it's not the best deal. Trace minerals is anywhere from 25 bucks to 35 and you get 30 packs per box . I do believe that they are a little steep for salt, magnesium, potassium etc... All in all I love the electrolytes and it does help me stay hydrated in southwest Florida where it can be very hot out. Watermelon, raspberry and orange are my favorite flavors btw.
I like this electrolyte drink powder because it seems to work better than others. My doctors usually recommend it, and I often drink it. It tastes good and helps reduce the swelling I get from too much salt, like puffy eyes or fingers. It's a bit pricier than others, though.
I don't drink these very often but if I feel tired, and like I'm starting to get run down and not even coffee is helping, I put a packet in 20 ounces of ice water and sip on it and within a couple hours I feel like my old self! Been drinking these for about 2 years. For me its too much salt on a daily basis but your body will tell you when you need it. I love the taste. I love salt. I appreciate the fact that they don't use coconut powder because I don't like that taste. These are simple ingredients and they do wha they say!
Unfortunately, the flavor wasn't for me. Lmnt has been a saver for my daughter, who has health issues she's been dealing with. The doctor's recommended that she take electrolytes to help her, and this brand has been the best we have used so far. The flavor of this one is kind of a miss. The flavor might be the opposite for someone else, but this flavor will not be one we will purchase again.
