Took me about 20 minutes to put together alone. It is sterdy and well made. Takes up only a little space. This machine does exactly what I want it to do which is define my glutes. You can switch up you exercise to hit certain muscles. In one week I could feel the difference in the firmness of my glutes. By week two my thighs slimed and my jeans fit differently. All I do is 10 minutes each day and I'm seeing results. With a proper diet and dedication you will have the back side you are looking for. Definitely worth the $60 bucks.

I love the way that it supports your Legs when squatting. It makes it so much easier especially having bad knees. Would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends.

This is a very suitable device for home exercise, which is small and exquisite and does not take up space. Although the gym in the community is well-equipped, sometimes I don't like to go out when I get home, so I can achieve the exercise indicators at home.

I am enjoying my deep squat machine. It's light weight, compact, cute and works my thighs! I do 25 in the morning and 25 in the evening. It's easy on my knees and perfect preparation before I head out to my pilates class.
