This is a great bike! Walmart offered it at a better price than Amazon. I bought 2 of them-1 for my son. I'm so glad I ordered them from this seller. The bike is very sturdy, well made, relatively easy to assemble in about an hour, and perfect for a beginner to an exercise bike. My son is more familiar with bikes, and loves this one! It has the added features of bungee-type arm ropes to work your arms while you are biking and a circular waist twister attached to the back of the bike. The backrest was a must for me and the seat is large and comfortable. The pedaling is smooth and quiet, perfect for an apartment. Add to all this the awesome customer service, and you've got a very happy customer that made a great purchase! I was in contact with them from the start, as I was concerned about being able to assemble the bike. Their responses were fast, friendly, and reassuring. They offered to walk me through the assembly, and sent me a video to help with the process. They are even sending me an additional device, at no charge, to add to the bike. Don't know what it is yet, but I appreciate it. The corporate guys at other stores should take notice how easy and important it is to give great customer service and to make their customers feel special and wanted. It's not that hard to do. I would order from The Pooboo Store again in a heartbeat, and I am thrilled with my purchase!

It was challanging for me to assemble.. needed to make creative adjutments for shorter person..

Works great and easy to assemble, but because I'm so short the seat will rub my legs causing discomfort.

Can't even use the bike - the left pedal is threaded incorrectly and can't find anywhere online where they sell replacement pedals. Contacted the company but we'll see if they reply - I'll update if they do. Did the entire assembly only to have a giant useless piece of metal and plastic in my office.

Not like the picture. Very hard to assemble. Had to guess where the screws go. Would not recommend. Directions were horrible.
