First of all I am 68 year old and retire. I been using my Elliptical for 3 Month now. The reason I purchase is because I'm not a runner or jogger its just not my thing at all. I am Maintenance Mech by trade by saying that when I assembled it I put some very good lubricant in the right places. This Elliptical Exercise run smooth and quiet. I highly recommended this unit, but get a real Maintenance person to put it together and may sure he or she use quality lubricant that way will run very quiet year and year.

Assembly was pretty easy! Think the hardest part for me was getting it out of the box! Haha, I have used my elliptical twice today, and it's been great! There was a flier in the packaging for a free device that you can connect the elliptical too, then your phone and do virtual workouts I believe, and it's free! I emailed and requested the device this morning, and just heard back tonight they are sending it. I am very happy with my purchase.

The foot pedals are super hard also the handlebars, the control strength button doesn't work, i still use it but my need to put extra lubricants so it can become smooth to use.

When i first put this together, I was happy with the size. It wasn't too hard to assemble and fit perfectly in the space I have. However, after using it for about a week, it now squeaks really loud. It is coming from the arms at the bottom, front. This was already assembled when I received it. I have thrown the box away and can't return this. I am so disappointed as I really looked forward to this.

Assembly was easy enough, but I followed each instruction carefully and the pedaling is not smooth. Pedals do not cycle through completely without stopping with great resistance. I don't want to return it but if customer service is not able to help me I'm going to :( is there supposed to be an ac adapter because mine did not come with one

i ordered this and tried to cancel but couldnt even tho it hadnt shipped yet so i was told to just refuse delivery and i would get a refund. so i did and got my refund and thought that was it but i was wrong. a week later it showed up again and i told the delivery guy to send it back because i had already gotten a refund but he refused and left it in my driveway. i got an email from walmart saying if i didnt return it that i would be charged again. i have called several times and been told not to worry i wouldnt be charged and didnt need to return because it wasnt my fault and if i was charged they would refund my money. i was charged again and told i would get a refund and never got it. today i get an email from walmart that im being charged again. this would make over $400 in charges. i tried sending it back twice. this has been going on 2 months and its been ridiculous and very stressful. dont buy from walmart.

I purchased two of these and had to return both of them. Both were defective. The first one had a stripped pedal assembly. It was impossible to screw in the foot pads. The 2nd one the resistance cable was cut too short in the factory and it was stuck in the highest level of resistance. Very disappointed as the machine is compact and fit perfectly in my living room. However I will not order another one. Too much trouble to assemble and then have to return. Quality assurance on these needs to be better.

It took my husband 3-4 hours to put together. Not so happy about that. But I was excited to try it. The stride motion is very short and jerky. Not smooth at all., I tried every resistance and adjustments . Nothing helped. My knees were taking a beating. And after just 28 days, i could not get a refund for this piece of you know what! It sat in the box about 2.5 weeks before putting it together. I thought using a few weeks would lubricate the motion. It did not. Just damaged my knees badly. Please do n0t buy this machine . Im 5 feet and 140 lbs. and still had trouble. I see mixed reviews...i dont know how anyone can like this machine.

Put the elliptical together and when I attempted to use it it was difficult to use. It was glitchy in movement and not smooth in movement. Returned the item, they sent FedEx to pick it up on scheduled date, but have yet to receive a refund.
