I was so pleased by this item, the quality is amazing from the material of the couch itself to the mechanism in the reclining and massage. Got this for the nursery and I'm so glad I went so this instead of a regular swivel chair as the price was basically the same but I will be 100% more comfortable in this one!

very comfortable! a very soft leather material. easy to clean. the lift and recline are fast (but not too fast). love the charging port. quality made to last. easy to assemble. not too big but yet comfortable.

Very easy to assemble. Nice feel to material, soft and plush. A lot of options for masssge too.

I bought two of these chairs the first chair that we put together. You can hardly feel the massage and you can't feel the heat. The second chair is made a little better a little sturdier and the massage and the heat are perfect.

It's really comfortable but it gets difficult to close the recliner

The manual recliner broke 3 months ago. I can't get information on how to take it apart to try and fix it.
