Good buy! Works well, comfortable and love the look. Better than any pain pill. 10 min. with heat and vibration and I good for a good while. Fractured 8 vertebrae and this is one of my best buys for pain relief. We ordered 2 more gor friends and family!

The Right side of the Recliner sofa's reclining "Pull Cable" is frayed! I have tried to contact the company three times and I have included pictures.. The one email said they would respond in 48 hrs. It has now been three weeks!! I have not received any response. I would not recommend this company due to the customer service. I would like to return the recliner if I cannot receive the replacement part. Asking Walmart to Please assist with this! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
