Box is of good quality, but for some reason the lock stopped opening, I contacted support, they were excellent, after doing af few things they requested, they sent me out a new one and sent a return slip for the old one, excellent service.

The quality and also the size of the box is excellent. Its very nice to be able to have a clear container where the medication inside is visible. Additionally because the box is clear, you can see the items inside with much ease.

Easy to set up with combination lock. Big enough to fit in my parents blister packs for cares to administer. I have bought two of these for their monthly supplies.

Diminished impulse control is one of the manifestations of my mother's Alzheimer's dementia. How to stop her from raiding the fridge and freezer for midnight snacks every night? An opaque Lockabox has proved to be the perfect solution. After first trying one to secure items in the fridge she never once queried its existence, nor has she tried to open it. Following that success I bought a second Lockabox to secure items in the freezer. That was a win too. No problems with the lock mechanism jamming at -20°C.

Really like this product, I think for our clinical environment we would need a stronger material however for domestic settings or less volatile clinical settings this product is fantastic!

Could not turn A to B. It was broken and It was supposed to also work with key. There was no key Now it's a hassle to return

Terribly disappointed. Waited several weeks by not ordering from Amazon so that I could get the clear/crystal colored box, only to realize upon delivery that it does not in fact fit an iPad or all the other items in the photos as advertised. It's basically only for phones and remote controls. Wish I could return. Should have purchased from Amazon!!
