Lockly Secure Pro Digital Keypad Biometric Smart WiFi Deadbolt Door Lock, Nickel

I've had previous experiance with Locky, I purchased a smart lock from them before the merger with Genie lock.I was impressed then and I'm impressed now. My previous lock had most of the present features except for the finger scanner, I upgraded in order to also have that fearure. Before purchasing my Locly deadbolt lock, I researched smart lock to see which one had the best safety features, and what attracted me to Locky initially was the scrambling of the code/numbers once they were entered. The fact that they were also blue tooth as opposed to wifi made them an even more secure choice. Also, I've had to call customer service to resolve a minor issue or two (issue, not a problem) and it was handled very professionally nd timely, second to none. Needless to say, I stand behind my Locky Secure Pro Lock. I have since reccommended it to others who have also purchsed it. I endorse this product and company. I would say the Lockly Secure Pro Latch Edition is the “smart phone” of all locks. This AMAZING door latch/lock has so many features that will blow your mind. Google and watch their short video for the details. At first, it was intimidating to install, but it comes with a QR for an app that shows you how to do it via VR, easy peasy! I had a few questions about how to set a few things up and their customer service was very helpful! This product is a little pricy, but if you're looking to Air BnB your place, it pays for itself!

Having just purchased and installed this product in our side entrance as a replacement lock, I must acknowledge the installation and operating instructions are like the features of this product — well thought-out and executed. Including setting up the door open/closed indicator and the Wi-Fi-linkage, the installation took less than 1 hour. The abundant features clearly demonstrate the thoroughness with which the product developers brainstormed “what-if” scenarios and integrated solutions into the final product.

I purchased this lock about a month ago. Installation went great and I had no issues installing the lock (as long as you follow the directions provided). I'm extremely happy about this lock, but have only one minor complaint. If you dont pull your door shut all the way and the lock auto-locks, if the dead bolt doesn't go in all the way or binds, the door alerts you by beeping for about 20 seconds, which is fine, but I wish that I also got an alert on my phone (without opening the app) to tell me the door didn't lock or had trouble. Other than that, this has been a great lock to have and I'd buy it again.

I've had the Lockly deadbolt for about a month now and am thoroughly impressed by it. The installation was super easy and once I installed the app on my phone the configuration and adding users numbered codes and fingerprints could not have been easy enough. My 5 year old grandson even has his own fingerprint in the system which made him so proud that he could open the door on his own. My system is connected to my smart home technology and the voice commands work seamlessly. There is not another lock I could find on the market that provides key, number code and fingerprint access capabilities with the quality and ease of use that the Lockly has. Would definitely recommend this product!

I purchased this for the biometric feature. The sensor is fairly sensitive so proper placement of your finger is vital. I love the random number rotation for the key pad. Plus the key failsafe. It was easy to install. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. My only wishes would be that when the door is left open the deadbolt doesn't automatically lock. I was told that is being worked on. Also for the notifications it would be nice to see who opened the door or unlocked it instead of that it was just opened.

Bought about a month ago. The basic lock installed quickly & without a problem. The BILT app instructions were great. Only problem sometimes is getting finger between door frame onto reader. Also with such a small distance for WiFi we are still trying to get that to work along with the door closed sensors. Would be nice to be able to have a print reader on lock opposite of door jamb. Also to have an easier WiFi connect. But overall a great product.

We've been though multiple “smart” locks from other manufacturers. They have been reliably unreliable. The biometric system in LOCKLY is rock solid. Always works. I also love the 9v lads on the lock exterior that allows for emergency power if the batteries die. The touch screen changes each time so that people can't surf your code. Brilliant. This is the finest lock hardware I've ever seen. The software needs work. There's no provision for users across devices, and defining restricted access is very limited. Hopefully, the software will catch up one day. It's far behind the competition.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is due to the lock not having the capability to be re-keyed. You will need to have it's key for backup and another for any other doors you may have whether Lockly or conventional. You can't even re-key other locks with Lockly key as it's not compatible. That aside, it is such a convenient device, easy to install, accessible from anywhere and the features it has are simply practical. Fingerprint access without the need for looking for your keys or to even punch in codes was a plus. The smart keypad makes it stand out and above other locks where you don't even need to worry about anyone seeing you key in your code as it's never in the same place. Finally a log to keep track of who actually accessed the lock!

The lock was easy to set up, and the fingerprint sensor is great for getting into the house quickly. I've had the lock for about 6 months now and haven't had a problem with it yet. My app tells me that the battery is still at 90%. The wifi hub, however, is completely useless to me. I chose this lock in part because it is supposed to work with Google Home, but the hub refuses to connect to my Google Wifi router, which limits access to some of the lock's features. This makes it hard to recommend the Secure Pro over the cheaper Secure.
