You already know what this is. You knew what it was the second you saw it. That weird blue putty your teacher kept in her desk drawer next to the confiscated slap bracelets. It held up the alphabet banner above the chalkboard. It held up your solar system project that you finished at 11pm the night before. It held up the rules poster that nobody read. It held up everything, and it is still holding up everything, because nothing else has come along in the intervening decades to dethrone it. I use this stuff constantly. Hanging a lightweight print? Fun-Tak. Temporarily mounting a small shelf template to the wall so I can eyeball it before drilling? Fun-Tak. Holding something in place while glue dries? You see where this is going. Every time I reach for double-sided tape, I stop, put it back, and grab this instead. Double-sided tape is a commitment. Double-sided tape leaves residue. Double-sided tape rips paint off your wall and then looks at you like that's your problem. Fun-Tak peels off clean, repositions without complaint, and doesn't act like the two of you are in a relationship. A single 2oz wallet lasts an unreasonable amount of time. You tear off a little piece, smoosh it onto the back of whatever you're mounting, press it to the wall, and you're done. When you're done being done, you pull it off, and the putty comes with it. Revolutionary? No. It's the same technology as 1987. But it works, and the fact that it works exactly the same way it did when you were eight years old is the highest compliment I can pay a product. Buy one. Throw it in a drawer. You will reach for it more often than you expect, and every single time you'll think "I'm glad I have this." That's the whole review. Five stars. The blue putty abides.
This is my go to stick-tak. I hang pictures with it. Hang my grandchildren's pictures on the refrigerator too. I use it to tak up reminders for family member. Great tool to tak up appointment card too
I've been using this for several decades (almost 40 years) for hanging posters and pictures on paneled walls when I was a teenager without putting holes in the walls and now needed more to hang thin metal plates (and stickers) on my new tool box so I can move them around as I please and not stick the stickers to the pretty new box .I've had a large ball of this stuck inside my bedroom closet without degrading or drying out for several decades. Highly recommend.
I use this all the time. I really like it. Even if I hang a framed picture on the wall, I use this on the bottom corners to keep it from "walking" on the wall. I can put little things up on the wall and remove without problems. I really like this stuff. I just wish it came in a light putty color. its easy to rub/roll off the wall. It's easy to break the suction by turning the object to remove.
This works great for keeping pictures straight on the wall
I use this for my x-ray markers and it works FABULOUSLY!!!
Just what I was looking for
I used this product to clean the speakers of my airpods and it worked FANTASTIC. I did not need a lot of it to get the job done.
tried to suspend something less than a lb like maybe .35 lb on the wall and it almost immediately fell off. same with a string of small (2mm) chick lights (the battery powered kind but didnt try to hang the battery up, only the lights) ill use for scrapbooking instead.
Never got my debit card issue addressed was told 3 different times on Black Friday it would be fixed, never was. I was able to use the card in person but it required a half hour drive to the store as opposed to simply ordering my stuff online….😡💩
