Bought when we urgently needed a mattress quick. Chose this one as it met the size requirement and had good reviews. I’m so happy we chose this one. Came super fast in perfect condition. It’s extremely comfortable. Like a big marshmallow that set out a couple days - not overly squishy but not too hard to be uncomfortable. Perfect for us. Would recommend and buy again.

Bed in a box? Why didn't I replace my old mattress sooner. Had a terrible head on collision in 2018...and, have left knee, lower back, and neck issues. 😮‍💨This Mattress supports all of those. Best wishes finding a mattress, BETTER THAN THIS, for the price. It is firm, and soft. Anxiously awaiting tonight, for a sound sleep😆

after 7 years (i know im horrible) i finally remembered to get a new mattress. I looked at many and compared prices, specs, and reviews. i got this one for the price and also because it fiberglass free. immediately after i got it opened the fabric was soft and pleasant. i let it expand for about 14ish hours and laid on it this morning just to try it out and it is amazingly cozy. one bad review up here said that it was just a box spring with a few sheets of memory foam and that it wasnt a good mattress but i would have to disagree. the amount of memory foam is pretty decent even with the majority of the bed being the inner springs, the bed is bouncy yet firm and is great for side sleepers. my husband and i like how it supports our weight (we are about 425lb together so great for heavier people) and is cool to the touch. this mattress is great and i recommend it highly but if you are looking for a full 100% memory foam bed this is not one but a great alternative. Another thing is that our bed frame has the metal slats that supports everything, no box spring needed, this was an issue with our old mattress (which was 100% memory foam) as we could feel those slats whenever we laid down. with this mattress we dont feel the frame or slats! it is also true to its medium firm claim and true to the pictures. i will definitely get another one for my sons room as well soon!

Easy to remove from plastic, love that it is a dark color, very comfortable. Perfectly firm. I sleep great on it and I’m picky about the feel of the mattress. Will definitely buy another one from here when needed.

I purchase this mattress for my kids bunk bed in hopes for it to be a bit plush. The quality is really nice and it’s definitely the to it’s size and thickness however, it’s so firm that it feels like your sleeping on hard floors. It stated in pictures that it was memory foam. No coil/springs what so ever. Mine have it. You can feel it, see it as well. I can’t even return it even if I wanted to. It came vacuum sealed so once you opened it, there’s no way to put it back to its original packaging. Do I like the look of it? Yes! Do I like the feel of it? No! Is it comfortable to lay on? Definitely no!

Never order a mattress online! The return process is impossible due to them wanting it back in the original box. After speaking with 4 agents none understand you cant re-compress it and get it back in the box. So long story short I am stuck with this uncomfortable mattress. One agent lied to me and said they would process a refund without return and to check back in 48 hours if the refund wasn't received. This agent told me there is no such option and the last agent gave me false hope. What a joke I had to ask if I was speaking with a real person because none of them knew what a queen mattress was.

Walmart charged me with a $700 logistic surcharge which doubled what I spent on a mattress in bed frame and a television and then I took everything back to the store and I still have not received the logistic surcharge on the 65-year-old senior and I feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me they’ve been a licensed to steal

basically it's just a box spring with a couple thin layers of memory foam now I got to buy a memory foam topper that's what I get for buying on a cell phone not seeing the picture correctly hope this helps anyone looking to purchase this thing

I’m giving the rating not because of the mattress, but because of Walmart Online, their customer service(less), and their complete inability to resolve delivery issues with their third-party shipper, FedEx. The product didn’t show up as promised, was lost for over 20 days, and neither Walmart or FedEx would take ownership of the problem. I was told a refund was being processed two separate times to find that was not true. I was hung up on several times, and simply misled the entire time. Shipping status between Walmart and FedEx was never in sync. FedEx kept pushing the delivery date a day and because Walmart wouldn’t take action further because they would say the delivery date hasn’t officially arrived. There was absolutely no recourse to resolve. I will never buy from Walmart Online or use FedEx for service ever again. There’s much to desire about broken processes and hopefully someone within will read this and see it as an opportunity to review and action effective improvement. I’m more than happy to be contacted to discuss.
