I'm biased for Lodge cast iron. Great product for the price. . It's well pre-seasoned but I like a bit more. I've over oiled skillets in the past and they went to goodwill when the oil started flaking off. Now I follow the seasoning directions of The Culinary Fanatic on youtube and although I don't remove the pre-seasoning as he does it works out perfect. Get the skillet warm in a 200 degree oven. lightly coat with crisco. Lightly ipe off the excess oil. 15 minutes in a 300 degree oven. lightly wipe off the excess oil again. now 2 hours in a 400 degree oven. allow to cool. Do this two or three more times and the skillet will be seasoned perfectly. After cooking it. Allow to cool. Wash/scrape in warm water - preferably no soap. Rinse in cold water. Set on burner to medium hear. Apply light coat of crisco to cooking surface. Wipe off excess. When whiffs of smoke start coming off the pan. Remove it from the burner. Photo is after following this seasoning method and cooking in the skillets one time.

This small seasoned cast iron skillet is the perfect size. I already made a keto cornbread that baked to perfection in this skillet. I highly recommend this product.
