Bought the Lodge Leather Gloves for Camp with my new Lodge Cast Iron Cook-It-All. Opened the box and found a pair of heavy duty very well made Leather Gloves. Heavy duty enough that I could use them for arc-welding when I am not camping.

As advertised. Resemble welders gloves, longer than they appear in the picture. Will make campfire cooking a breeze. Well worth the price.

They are only good up to 400 degrees and everyone who cooks with cast iron knows those pans get a lot hotter than that. They are some protection, though, and my son, the chef does like them! Good price and sure beats a hot pad!!

in my opinion it is too expensive. I would not pay so much because I can use something from .099C store for the purpose I need it. But I got it and I paid these money. DH love them so much. He is so proud when he put them on camp to take oven from grill or kettle. They are comfortable, long to providing good protection from the open fire, and they are very stylish. I put them on the side of fire place that every one passing by can see.

The gloves are great have had multiple pairs. The only problem is wal mart it self. Wouldn't ship directly to store. Was buying three pairs and since they had two pairs in store they would not ship my order to store. Makes no sense. The amount of a product in store should have nothing to do with shipping a separate order.

Bought this for my granddaughter and it came with the wooden pieces chipped and the metal bent !
