the back cushions stayed REALLY flat. it's a comfy couch and I like the arm holders for storage, but the back is really flat and I have to keep pillows against the back.

back cushion are to soft and dont hold up.

I did not receive the couch. It was supposed to be delivered to the 9th floor, Apt. 903, on Wed., 11/13/25, with the setup/installers. Yesterday was Sat., 11/8/25. If that is the sofa in the picture, it was delivered to the 1st floor mailbox area. I would not have any method of bringing it to my apt. or putting it together.

Arrived quickly but was missing the hardware to assemble it. Emailed support as per the directions no response so far after over a week. Decided to just buy the hardware from a local store. It assembled fine. The back cushions are pathetically under stuffed. Will have to spend more money and time adding foam to make them useable. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The loveseat is incredibly low. It goes past being low...it is dangerous. I was unable to stand up from it.I had to call 911. Also, the cushions are uncomfortable. I am very disappointed.

I think a cardboard cutout couch is more comfortable sturdy and better looking than this garbage. Cushions need stuffing like EXTREMELY BAD. Hinges on the storage literally broke like the 3rd day.
