I will be honest I really truly like this couch but i give it a three because it came with zero instructions in the box. I had to google to find the instruction and watch videos of similar couches to figure out how to assemble it. it took me a couple weeks to assemble. After assembling i really liked it.

Assembly took longer than expected, material is very thin and is not made out of material described ( they updated the material from a linen like material to a velvet like material, well I must have gotten the one that was not updated) ! It does not sit comfortably either. This is one of the few products that I have been disappointed in:( I see now why it was on Clearance.

Product is exactly like the picture only problem is it's children size . No adult would be comfortable seating on it to small

some of the items were not wrapped in plastic an looked used also two of the holes were too big or stripped so screws would not fit. the direction are also difficult i am sending item back

The assembly of this couch is awful.. I was missing pieces and the pictures are not easy to understand. I took me several days to put together. I would not recommend this to anyone.. it was a hassle..

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, it's hard and do not recommend for people over 5'3” my lawn furniture is more comfortable. All because they figured out to put an entire couch in one box, doesn't mean they should. If you don't mind hard furniture to sit on then it's a perfect size to fit inside a small trailer. It wasn't difficult to put together, except for actually attaching the two pieces together with that one bracket.

Did not get instructions with the couch, can not seem to understand how to assemble seems to be missing pieces as well. Trying to connect seller on returning. Took a huge L with this one.

This was sent to me without any instructions. Im trying my best to assemble it using only the photo, but Im pretty sure im missing pieces. I dont know which pieces because I have no instructions. Walmart will not accept this return and wants me to contact the seller for help (chinese seller so fingers crossed they help and it will be timley), so it's just in pieces on my floor now. Just like my mood now.

I wanted it delivered by your company not fed ex then I had no one to assemble it until I found one and he charged me the same I would have wanted to pay if I could have gotten the service you had before where your company would come over and assemble it But you do not offer that service anymore that is real upsetting to me that I always had to find somebody to come and assemble it when I would've gladly paid Walmart to come and send a man from your Walmart and assemble it on the spot and leave so that it would've been done and then after it was done it's not even comfortable but at least if it's the very small space in my living room so I am keeping it, but I am very disappointed that nobody was able to come from Walmart to come and assemble my sofa because I am elderly and I do not have any strength. I do not have any power to do that. I have to find somebody all the time every time I buy furniture somebody else has to do it and I have to pay it to them so that they will assemble it so I'm very disappointed that you no longer have that service.
