Logitech Anywhere Laser Mouse MX - Black

First, I bought my husband a mouse to go with his new laptop. Just as soon as I used it on his computer, I was in love! So smooth and effortless to scroll down pages!

Like many other people who bought this mouse, I was a frustrated with the scrolling. It keeps moving up when I scroll down. Then my friend told me there are 2 modes on the scrolling wheel. If you press it down, it will make the wheel click when you scroll. That solved my problem of the page keep moving up when I scroll. Hope this review will help others.

This black laser all-surface mouse is very accurate, light and compact, and reliable. I have user them for many years now.

I bought this mouse to replace my wired mouse at work. It performs all functions smoothly and effortlessly. I love not having the weight of the wire to drag around. I wish I had upgraded to this mouse much sooner.

This is my second Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse. Logitech replaced a VX Revolution Mouse the stopped working during the warranty period with the Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse. I really liked the VX Revolution and wanted a new one, but Logitech no longer made this mouse and had no refurbished in stock, so they replaced it with the Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse. Wasn't quite sure if I was getting a good quality mouse or a piece of junk, ended up being a Very Good Quality Mouse! I've been using my Anywhere MX Mouse on my Acer Aspire V5 573p-6896 Laptop and also removing the Dongle and taking it with me to use with my Acer Iconia B1-820 Android Tablet and my Acer Iconia W4-820 Windows Tablet. I finally decided to leave my old Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse in the car for the Tablets. I then went to Sam's Club and purchased another Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse for my Laptop. I've had my first Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse for at least 7 years now and it hasn't failed me yet, my Logitech mice rarely do! If I were you, I'd buy this mouse!

I've had a MX Anywhere for about 5 years. Works on surface. Batteries last about 6+ months for me, YMMV. I'm about to purchase 2 more. Highly recommended!!

Just purchased on 2/3/17 and it works really well on glass. I had been using the laptop mouse and was getting frustrated with the extra time required to move around the screen. Just read the reviews and happy to learn that the scroll wheel has two modes...Thanks!

The scroll wheel was flaky out of the box. It would move on its own after each scroll movement. Finally, I got frustrated with it and slammed it down on my mouse pad. Now it works! The scroll wheel was not properly positioned in the device. After the whack, it clicks when moved and scrolling is precise as expected. The impulsive whack I gave it saved me a trip to the store for replacement. I shouldn't have had to resort to physical violence to get this thing to work. The mouse is small for the average male hand. I intend to use it portable, as it was designed.

Very frustrating experience with what should have been a very good wireless mouse. Every time I used the mouse to scroll a page, be it in Word or Chrome, the mouse would move the page back up the page part way after I scrolled down the page. Very frustrating. Returned the mouse.
