Logitech C920s PRO HD WEBCAM with privacy shutter, Black

I bought this Webcam for zoom meetings. It was very easy to setup and has excellent video and sound. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice camera. Super friendly and easy to install and use. Great performance, image and quality. I recommend it! All my accessories are Logitech and it never disappoints me.

I just got the C920S Pro HD Webcam a couple of weeks ago. I've used it 2 times so far and it's awesome! Everything about it it great. I'm so glad I bought it!!

I had to buy a new C920s Pro HD Webcam because my last one which was over 7 years old stopped working (which is understandable). This new one works just as well as my last one and cost about the same. I definitely recommend the privacy shutter so that you can easily block the camera without using tape. This is a great camera for not a lot of money.

Received the C920S along with new Mac Mini. I had to obtain a USB-C to USB adapter so that it would fit in one of the ports on the Mac as they no longer have straight USB connection. Once the camera/mic was connected, the C920S worked flawlessly, the setup was very easy. Connection to video conferences were seamless. Picture and microphone sound quality was perfect. I highly recommend this webcam.

Overall, it works well. It stays in place, is easy to set up, and I love that it can block the camera without shutting it off. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes a while to focus.

For an economical webcam, it's pretty nice. It has a small foot print with dual microphones and glass lens. The only hard part was finding the software to run it with Logitech enhancements. After I registered the product, all the information on the camera was available. While I would suggest anyone to buy this budget webcam, BE AWARE, the resolution pixels are only 2.1 megapixels and not 15 megapixels as the description says on the WalMart website so I deducted 1 star.

I purchased this webcam from seller AmzBuys. It was not listed that this camera did not come in original packaging. The camera came in a plain brown box and did not even come with instructions. When I inspected the product, I was uncertain that it was new or even a genuine product. I contacted the seller multiple times, and have not gotten a response. I highly reccommend to avoid this seller.

My C930s webcams had beautiful, clear reception. This C920s has worst picture ever seen- no downloaded software settings changed did anything. I'm still waiting for my refund - if not rec'd., this charge will be put in Credit Card dispute. I discovered my old C930s webcams took too much "juice" when plugged in, & due to cheap chips inside, they simply blew, & ended up destroying the cameras. Since out of warranty Logitech, as you always do, refuse any compensation for your FLAWED designs.

I would give this NO STARS if I could. The purchase page is a SCAM and makes it seem like you're ordering a brand-new webcam from the Logitech official store. The TRUTH is that I received an obviously OLD and USED item with a damaged box that was shipped in an envelope with NO PACKING materials. When I called customer service, I told them that the item was shipped poorly and was clearly NOT NEW. They said they would issue me a refund and told me to keep or donate the damaged item, so I donated it to a local organization. The next day, AFTER I had already donated it, I received an email telling me I had to return it! I called customer service THREE MORE TIMES and each time, the customer service rep said that they would escalate my complaint and someone would get back to me. THEY LIED. They NEVER escalated the complaint about this seller or the item. So I had to go back to the organization that I donated it to and ask for it back because I didn't want this SCAM ARTIST to get away with my money. I went and bought them a BRAND NEW ONE for their trouble and returned the crap one back to the store. BUYER BEWARE!
