Logitech Ergo M575 Wireless Trackball Mouse, Graphite with Extra Battery

Have had a M575 for over five years and it is still going strong. Bought a new computer and wanted to use one on it. Unfortunately, I received the M575S. Installed easily and functions great. Only difference is the warranty which is only one year instead of 2years for the M575. Supposedly the S stands for silent, but I never noticed any noise with the M575. Supposedly the battery does not last as long on the M575S, but that may be in the enhanced security mode rather than the BlueTooth mode which I chose to use.

I had bought the other Logitech cordless Mouse, the newer one that charges on usbc and it kept misbehaving, it didn't say it need charged but was not very responsive. This one just does what is supposed to.

way over priced, but i had no other options . . . this was my second purchase of this product, the 1st lasting 15 years you will never use a mouse again if you get a track-ball faster, more precise, and no need for all that real estate to maneuver

Best mouse I ever had! Clean laser ball inside periodically.

My purchase has NOT been delivered!!! On Friday, December 8th, I received a call from Fedex, claiming they needed my street address to complete delivery. Fedex person on that call claimed they could not deliver packages to a General Delivery address. I checked with my local post office (97716) and they said they CAN accept packages addressed to General Delivery from Fedex and UPS. On that call from Fedex, I provided my street address AND pointed out that Fedex is notorious for having difficulty making deliveries to the neighborhood where I live. On December 11th, I received an email claiming my purchase had been delivered. I checked outside my door and there were NO footprints in the newly fallen snow. I don't know where my package was delivered or even if it actually was delivered. I even checked with my local post office in case, by some chance, my package had been delivered there. I an a 68 year old disabled veteran who lives 25 miles from town. My only transportation is a ATV quad. My local post office is 1.3 miles from where I live. For security reasons, I do not receive mail where I live, relying on a post office box instead. On advice of the local post office, I use General Delivery with any online retailers that insist on a "street address." Based on Walmart choosing a delivery service that FAILED to properly deliver my purchase, I want a full refund.

I ordered this mouse and it was listed as an M575 In graphite. What they sent was an M575S in black.
