Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick with Precision Twist Rudder Control 963290-0403 (Non-Retail Packaging)

I actually bought this for my Mac (OS version 12.6.8) despite it only being advertised for Windows. Recognized it right away. Works for games I like to play in an application called Dosbox. Still have to figure out button mapping but just the fact it worked was enough.

Received the item in the condition as expected. Though the packaging is very generic but the joy stick looks like new. The product description didn't mention if the item is new or refurbished. I am happy with this purchase and it is $5 less than Amazon.

This item is a replacement for a joystick that I have use for about 20 years. It is a well built item and easy to setup and use on flight sims and probably other games.

Item works very well and was new delivered in retail box. Great price. this is my second one. First one lasted Id guess about 10 years with medium usage.

paid $23.99 for one that looks brand new, but the box had a large return sticker removed, making it non retail packaging

I ordered a Logitech G Extreme 3D Pro Joystick. According to XPlane Flight Simulator, I received something else with fewer buttons/controls on it. How do I go about returning it for a full refund?

It's not the best joystick I've tried, but I got it because the price was right. It has all the functions one would expect but a friction control would have been appreciated.

I was so surprised at how horrible the box I received for this joystick I actually called Walmart before I opened the bo to confirm if I purchased a used joystick or a new one! They confirmed it was new, despite the hole in the box, the multiple pieces of tape, the smashed box, and the rectangle cut out of the top of the box. I checked the refund policy, and return policy immediately. The box photos are below.

Unit arrived in a busted box, filthy as can be.... spilled coffee, dead skin, absolutely disgusting!!!! This was not supposed to be a used product. SHAME on them.

Packaging was destroyed and held together with duct tape and cardboard. Joystick was covered in dust and debris, clearly heavily used. Missing manual. Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware.
