Logitech G815 LIGHTSYNC RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with Low Profile GL Clicky key switch, 5 programmable G-keys, USB Passthrough, dedicated media control - Clicky – Black

I really like the "clickiness" and responsiveness of the keys. Not quite as clacky as my old IBM keyboards, but gives me the audible click I like. Form factor/size of the keyboard is good. I have not yet programmed any of the "G keys", but plan to. One bad thing is that I repeatedly hit the "G5" key when I mean to hold down CTRL. Gotta get used to that, or disable G5.

I have 3 of these on different PCs. Best click, premium feel. easy typing. I don't like wireless, this is the way.

I love the keyboard so far. But one question, are there keycaps for the Mac Command and Option Keys that anyone can point me to? The keycaps on this keyboard are lower profile than the usual keycaps. Does anyone know the model type or dimensions that I should find to get these Mac keycaps?

Did extensive research for a low profile mechanical keyboard to suit my needs and between price range and quality this seemed to be the best overall performance for my needs. If the comments about fading keys or dust concern you just buy a keyboard cover like I did.

I got this one as an upgrade from my Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum RGB Wired Mechanical Keyboard. I really like it this far! It's very comfortable. Keys feel good and have good responsiveness. It's tactile setting feels great! I definitely recommend this keyboard.

The feel of the linear switches and their short actuation distance is excellent. If I were to nitpick anything it would be that some keys alternate characters (semicolon, double quote, etc.) don't light up, but thats not a big enough deal to knock off a star.

I went back to linear keys instead of clicky or tactile and omg the difference is like night and day. It actually took me a week to get used to typing on linear again. So fast and smooth. The G815 is one of the few boards left with G Keys. I love using them on the different PC games I play. The base is a low profile, thin format that has a nice heft due to the metal used. It's so much nicer than other, more bulky mechanical keyboards on the market. I now have my mouse, keyboard and microphone all from Logitech. This allows me to keep them all under the same, proprietary G-Hub software, which is incredible in and of itself. It's a perfect setup.

The clicky keys and aluminum body provide a very premium, sturdy feel. This is my first mechanical keyboard so my word doesn't mean much, but it's the best keyboard I've ever used. It's also the most expensive keyboard I've ever used. Unfortunately, I spent the last of my money on this keyboard, so I can't afford a desk or a monitor.

I was shocked it doesn't work until after windows loads. You cannot enter your BIOS or use boot loaders with this keyboard... so keep your old one around I guess. Also the num / caps lock lights are EXTREMELY bright and can't be dimmed and the cord is really thick (with TWO USB plugs). Otherwise it's a fine keyboard with with a few annoying imperfections on the keys (dust-like bumps/bubbles under the finish). Solid construction, keys feel good, but feels overpriced for the quality control.
