The customization through G HUB is also great, as I can sync the lights with my other Logitech products. I've only used wired keyboards before, so having a wireless keyboard has been game changing.

love that the keys are so responsive without being to loud. The USB C charging port is a welcome change from my old keyboard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic durability, typing, battery life, and overall appearance and feel. The updated control software makes it much more cumbersome to record quick macros/keystrokes compared to the G110/Logi Gaming software, which I use extensively. A++ for manufacturing, B for software (still has decent controls, just clunkier/deprecated functionality)

Unlike caps lock, the keyboard doesn't have any indication if the num pad is locked or unlocked. The keys are extremely sensitive to very light pressure to where you only have to push down the key 1-2mm to complete the input. Resting your fingers on the keys is a no recommended due to the crazy sensitivity of the keys. The keycaps are proprietary and there are zero customization options. The software is somewhat clunky and laggy when trying to customize lighting to better differentiate the commonly used keys. I would have purchased a different keyboard if I knew these things

I have found that the keyboard often loses contact with the computer requiring a reboot. The lighting algorithm also changes without my asking it too. It will also often go dark requiring software interaction to relight. Overall poor software design and functionality.

Third G916 keyboard. All have had key caps fade quickly and have had cap issues. This newest keyboard is best of the ones I have tried in G915 but this keyboard I find has a zero that double strikes. Seems always something is not working correctly. When it does work, amazing. Great feel, great tactic feedback and perfect all around. Just wish the ones I purchased did not have key cap issues and now this keyboard with a zero which will double strike even after resetting key. Hit or miss with this keyboard. For cost of keyboard and times I had issues so far, next keyboard will need to be a new type. I cant afford to keep having to fix and replace these. But amazing keybaord. Shape the key caps have issues a lot.

This is a perfect keyboard. Per-key RGB lighting with PBT Keycaps. Why weren't these an upgrade offered to every G915 owner who had to deal with keys that rubbed off???
