The friendliest mouse in the world!

Anonymous January 25, 2026

The ability and precision to move the cursor (pointer) and click or highlight where desired without shuttling your mouse or fingers is a pleasure and a relief from wrist strain. It is also convenient in limited space, such as on an airline seat tray. There are also flexible features for switching to left index finger for clicking and scrolling and for increasing or slowing the speed for precision. I have been using for years with reliable Bluetooth connection on PC, but ordered newsest model for its USB-C connector and charging. Don't leave home without it!

Smooth, comfy, once you switch you'll wonder why it took so long.

Shane S. December 4, 2025

I got my first MX Ergo in 2020, and recently bought a second one (first one still works) to keep at the office while my original stays at my home office so I no longer bring the one back and forth each day. I also wanted to upgrade to USB-C. I'm happy to say that the MX Ergo S works just as flawlessly as the OG. It's the most comfortably daily driver I've ever used, and I was once the biggest antagonist of roller-ball mice. I have comically large hands (just over 4inch wide palms, 8.5inches tip of middle finger to bottom of palm before wrist) so fitting a mouse is hard work. This one isn't too big, for normal hands, and for me it's actually comfortable in that it doesn't force me to curve my hand around unnaturally; the included wedge is perfect for compensating for the extra width of my palm. The roller-ball is also incredibly smooth; you may need to pop it out and clean it once a month or so depending on your personal environment but this is quick. I just pop it out and grab a cotton swab, about 2 minutes total time. The battery also lasts so long I actually haven't paid attention to it so I can't give a good estimate. I use it everyday for 6-10 hours, and I charge it maybe 2-3x a quarter at most? The last thing I'll mention is that despite its size, this is the perfect travel mouse! Sure it's slightly large, but the benefit is you can just rest it on your tray table or lap while using it since the roller-ball does all of the work!

I keep coming back as they update this

Draconis963 September 26, 2025

I've been using Logitech for years. I recently tried to go to Kensington, but issues with their trackball made it so I came back to my tried and true. I just wish they would make it work with 3 devices.

The tradition continues

Annapolitan April 18, 2026

A nice update, continuing the tradition of the Logitech trackballs. For those that prefer a trackball or really don't have room for a mouse, this is your best choice!

Wow, what a difference a mouse makes!

Mike E. May 20, 2026

My brother suggested this mouse so I could get better results using a stationary mouse! It took me a little getting used to it (I'm old) but once I got the hang of it, I love it!

Good mouse, trackball is a little sticky, bulky,

Xoxo November 26, 2025

Good mouse, a bit bulky and the bottom part becomes disadhered a little too easily. I have big hands and find this bulky, it must seem huge to people with normal hands. Also I wish I could use the mouse without the bottom adapter.

Nice Trackball but not quite MX

Anonymous September 13, 2025

This is a nice track ball mouse and matches the MX product line. It works well and consistently. That really is the core of what you're looking for in this product. The reason for one less star: The trackball sticks slightly each time it's moved from being still. It's nothing I'd complain about from a middle of the line product, but it's not at the MX level. Compared to the other MX products I own this one is missing features and some refinement. Where is the weighted scroll wheel with free spin function? Where are the multiple programmable buttons? Good trackball mouse, just not to MX level and price point.

Almost perfect

J.S. February 11, 2026

Mouse works great on Mac and Linux. I do wish there were additional angle adjustments. The biggest drawback is a weird scratching sound when flicking the ball mouse. This also affects the feel of the mouse. Canned air did not do the trick so I am assuming there's something physical that's causing the issue.

Almost there...

Sheriff88 August 10, 2025

Almost there...finally with USB-C, but it glitches more than the previous generation (wirelessly). Still, a nearly perfect pointing solution made better with iteration.

Great trackball with an issue

John April 13, 2026

The right and left click buttons are far too soft. They lack any tactile feedback and the press is short and bottoms out quickly. The rest of the buttons have a snappy feel which is why I do not understand why they went this direction.
