this roller ball helped tremendously relieve finger tension and pain from the old standard mouse. especially helpful with intensive apps like CAD or complex spreadsheets.
The trackball is easy to setup and feels good in use. I started using a trackball when my wrist starting hurting. No wrist pain since.
I have bought several of these trackballs over the years as they are very easy to use and are ergonomic for my hand.
I purchased this trackball to replace the (now discontinued) M570 that I've had for many years and recently stopped working. I found the device easy to set-up, and it is comfortable to use. I especially like the following features: 1) USB charging (as opposed to AA batteries); 2) simple metal plate that permits one to adjust the angle of my hand when it sits on the trackball. There are quite a number of other features accessible through the Logitech software, but I cannot comment on them because I haven't explored them yet.
Great device and the rechargeable battery is just awesome.
This is the first trackball mouse I've ever used and I love it. I wanted something that would be easy on my wrist and was wireless. Having recently switched from a traditional mouse, it didn't take me long at all to become accustomed to the trackball. This mouse is very comfortable to use and its ability to tilt is my favorite part about it. I would definitely recommend the investment!
I'm very pleased with my purchase the mouse is very comfortable well built I highly recommend it.
This is my second mouse of the exact same type. I liked the look, feel and features fo the MX Ergo that I decided to buy one for my spouse. We both have more than 1 computer and this is trackball mouse is perfect for us to easily switch between devices. I bought the exact the same model but this second one feels a lot lighter and cheaper than my previous one. The trackball feel and scroll seems less smooth. It is more expensive now too. But I get the price change since a lot more people are now working from home and it's probably just a matter of supply and demand. What is not acceptable to me is that the materials used on my second model seems cheap. Hopefully I did not get a fake one, but it works with Logi Options software so it may be that the supply chain decided to just cheap out on the materials.
The item I purchased was wrapped up on the outside like it was new, but when opening, it had obviously been opened before. Nothing wrapped in plastic and you can tell it was placed back in the box. When I ordered, I didn't order a "repackaged" mouse. I have used this same mouse for years and needed to buy a new one. This is a deceptive practice - my first time ordering from Walmart (as opposed to Amazon) and this will deter me from ordering through Walmart again.
Laser for the trackball quit working. Could not get a refund from the manufacturer or Walmart.
