Logitech POP Mouse, Wireless Mouse with Customizable Emojis, SilentTouch Technology, Bluetooth, Heartbreaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay Im obsessed with this mouse! The silent touch is so nice no more annoying clicks every 3 seconds. I love that it's so lightweight and easy to move. The ability to connect it to 3 different devices and switch between them easily is another feature I love. And the color is perfect!

I am returning this mouse because I ordered a new product but received what appears to be a used one. The mouse arrived in a simple plastic bag instead of the original retail box. I have purchased the same model before, and it came properly packaged in a clean, sealed Logitech box. This time, there was no proper packaging or protection. Additionally, the battery isolation tab that must be removed before first use was already missing. When I turned on the mouse for the first time, the battery level was 95% instead of 100%. Since the battery is designed to last 2–3 years, this suggests the mouse had already been used. There are also visible scratches on the bottom of the mouse, which further indicates prior use. The lack of proper packaging also raises concerns that the product could have been damaged during shipping. I specifically paid for a new mouse, but instead I received what appears to be a previously used item. This is not the level of quality or packaging I expect from Logitech products, and I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a genuine new, unopened product.

Generally, I like LOGITECH products, but this one arrived used, no box, no instructions, in a plastic bag, so the fun of getting something new was diminished.

Very cute and fun, BUT! feels like a toy...it's not ergonomic and the quality felt cheap. I loved the design, but maybe my standards have changed as a middle-aged adult with carpal tunnel tendencies :(

I was looking for a lightweight simple mouse for travel, and the POP Mouse is perfect for the job! I also own several Logitech Lift mice. I prefer the Lift mouse for ergonomic reasons, but they are a bit bulky and are heavier than the POP mouse. The POP mouse is lightweight and doesn't take up much room in a backpack. The pink is a pretty rose shade that brightens up a day in any hotel or conference room. There's a lot of fun functionality in the POP Mouse that I don't use, but if you're looking for a convenient, lightweight, non-bulky mouse for travel, I highly recommend the POP Mouse.
