Works great but no feedback during setup.
This works great! The software is easy to set up, although there is no feedback as to the setup progress. Just go through the steps and start typing, or moving your mouse, etc and it works.

Satisfaction with a new USB Unifying receiver
The USB Unifying receiver is working perfectly; however, other USB receivers were moved around and now my M3255 remote mouse is not working. Should I purchase a Logitech app or get another Unifying receiver for the remote mouse? What is your suggestion?

My last one physically broke. This one works great. I like that it's a small profile, so it's less likely to get whacked as I tote my laptop around.

Probably fine.
Probably fine, if you have the right models of your products and didn't end up with a compatible keyboard, except that there's two visually identical versions of it and the one I ended up with doesn't work with this receiver, only a seperate one that I can only buy via third party.

Why can’t it just work as designed?
It was to replace the missing USB receiver that came with a mouse/keyboard combo. Suprised that it only works for the mouse but not the keyboard, which makes it’s kinda pointless

Unifying VS non unifying function
I ordered this because thought it would connect my old keyboard/mouse with my surface PC but I didn't understand what I read and so this unifying dongle did not work. I have since ordered a non unifying dongle.

Did not work
The unifying receiver was not able to connect to my keyboard or mouse. The keyboard and mouse model that I have came with a receiver, but I lost it and that's why I bought this new one however, it's not compatible. I wish the description had been a lot more detailed so that I would have known what to look for in a compatible receiver.
